Best WLM Reviews

This has been my second time here. The first time was on a Saturday. Pretty busy and packed. The dancers were available after 8:30. Also, on the weekend, this restaurant does $10 valet, I.D. check and bag check. I went yesterday, which was a Tuesday very slow. The dancers aren't available through the week. But the ambience was still great. The drinks are good and strong, and the food is delicious. 10/10 I recommend
This place has a really nice atmosphere. The restaurant is beautiful. Me and my wife went in a Friday night, we had a 8:30 reservation. First off making your customers automatically pay for valet is crazy. Granted it was only $10, but the fact still remains. We were seated pretty fast they weren't as busy this particular night. Our waitress was nice, she was very attentive. Our service wasn't as bad as the rest of the reviews. Maybe we helped her out with knowing exactly what we wanted and put all our orders in at once. Hookah service was mid....$50 dollars for that, all the hoses were plastic and the coals weren't shifted. Drinks came out pretty quick. Again they weren't super busy. And our waitress was pretty good. The drinks were gimmicky but they were decent in taste but they weren't strong. Food came out pretty quick. Now here is were I get a little upset with this place. Lobster egg rolls were a great concept, but lobster meat overcooks really easy. So basically they're crispy on the outside but a little overcooked on the inside. My wife ordered the lamb shank and I ordered the short rib. I was underwhelmed with seasoning. It need a little more umph. And the most upsetting thing about the meal is instead of serving me short rib like I paid for they tried to pass off chuck roast as short rib. I know the difference between short rib and chick roast. Overall the place has a lot of potential to be great they just need to clean up a few things. They also have a 20% gratuity that they automatically charge. So be prepared for that.
The ambience is nice - beautiful decor, great (but typical) ATL vibes, good music/DJ and fun entertainment (dancer and hookahs). Drinks were also really good. However, the service could be better. We came on a Sunday at 2pm. Surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded. But for some reason it took 30mins before someone came to our table to greet us and take drink orders. I was very patient and did not want to ruin my date; hence why I did not say anything for 30mins. But the lack of attention carried throughout the time we were there. I asked for salt and pepper 2x and it never came. The shrimp and grits were okay. The French toast and avocado toast were also “okay.” Veggie omelette was a typical omelette. Their dinner menu is better.
Please focus on giving quality service to your customers.
I really enjoyed this place! The food was very good, I love fried green tomatoes and those were some of the best I’ve ever had and the atmosphere was fun and lively! Great music and good drinks. I highly recommend this be a stopping point if you’re looking for a relaxed yet nice place to spend with friends.
Went on a Thursday. The atmosphere and decor was nice. The food was really good! I had lamb chops and the lobster eggrolls. Calamari was good too! The drinks were nice and strong. The party I was with enjoyed the hookah. The waitress was very attentive and nice. My only complaint was the restroom. I went to the restroom twice and there was no tissue in some of the stalls… I will definitely return to try other menu items.
Atmosphere is amazing!!!! Vibe is there. I had the cream Cajun pasta with chicken. It was a bit salty. However the vibe is definitely 10/10
There is a 20% gratuity added to all meals & parking is $10.
The restaurant atmosphere was very nice great. We had reservation for 4pm which was part of Brunch. We came here to celebrate my friends birthday. The place was not that busy, so we were sat right away. Our server Savy came over introduced herself and explained that from 5-6pm the kitchen is closed and will reopen at 6pm for dinner. She did advise that we could order and when the evening server came in she would take over. So we started out with some drinks and appetizers. We had the salad, lobster mac and cheese (not very flavorful), fried green tomatoes (delicious) and crab cakes (also delicious). This was from the Brunch menu as we wanted to eat dinner here also. Here is where the issues began. The evening shift should of started at 6pm but by 6:15pm we still had no sever come assist us. When I asked the young lady with the braids if she could help she stated that we needed to wait for our server. Then she proceeded to go up front and talk. I was highly annoyed. Which made it even worst was I believe that the manager was sitting across from us having drinks, hookah and conversing not moving about the room checking on the customers. Finally our previous server Savy came over to check on us and take our order. This time we ordered the Lamb chops (AMAZING), tostones w/ guacamoles (delicious), the short rib sliders (delicious), Brussels sprouts and Broccolini. Overall the the food was delicious Savy was excellent. I would definitely go again maybe next time management will check on the customers and the evening shift will show up on time.
As far as experience goes I had a good time. The DJ was good, the aesthetic was pretty, and the booths were a velvety smooth royal blue. The drinks were good and had nice presentation. The food was just okay. I had the scallop and lobster risotto, fried oysters, and crab cakes. None of the dishes were something I would talk about and describe as delicious. The restaurant seems to be more for vibes and photo ops than quality dining. Prices were a tad steep for “okay” food. Also the restaurant had a lingering smell of old fish, similar to a meat market.
