WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. THE FRONT STAFF ARE ALL VERY RUDE HAS NO PATIENCE, SHOWS NO EMPATHY YOU WILL BE WAITING HOURS ON HOLD AND WHENEVER THEY CHOSE TO GET BACK TO YOU ITS WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE. ZULMA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE WITCH! THAT WOMAN SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE ESPECIALLY DEALING WITH KIDS SHES HORRIBLE AND SO RUDE. THE ONLY GOOD THING I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT THE DOCTOR IS A GREAT DOCTOR! OTHER THEB THAT HIS STAFF ARE HORRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I have my appointment at 12:30 I came 10 minutes early to do some shots for school they require for my daughter but the staff of the front desk are rude waiting almost 2 hours and they told if I need to leave I can leave they say is to many patients thats why I need to wait if that’s the reason why they scheduled to many patients worse attention of the staff don’t care about your time
This is the WORST doctor office ever. With an appointment expect to wait 3 to 4 hours no matter what. Then another hour in the room waiting for the doctor. Front desk people will put you on hold for hours. Front desk people are rude and unprofessional. They make you pay for any medical records. Will make a complaint to the insurance and board of health about this place.
Dr. Batista is a great doctor. I brought my children there to get their yearly physicals. He was thorough and did tests their other Dr never did , but should have. He is very nice and very caring. I see from other reviews saying his staff was rachet,they must have new staff because his nurses and receptionist were on point and super nice and helpful.

doctor Batista is a great doctor. I’ve been going with him since I was a child. the only problem is his unprofessional staff that always has something to say. Zulma is always giving me trouble and genuinely does not know how to run an office. They made me wait more than an hour for my appointment just to tell me they couldn’t attend to me because of my insurance, even though my insurance was accepted at my gyno. I asked if they will be able to attend me this week since this was the only week I took off from my college. She rolled her eyes and said you’ll have to call to get an appointment, even though I had stated that I was in college and I am not around the area as much as before. She did not care and shrugged her shoulders. This was the last straw for me and unfortunately, I have to change doctors due to his unreliable and unprofessional staff. It’s sad knowing I’ve been going here for years and now I have to change to a different doctor. No shame on anyone some of the staff are very friendly yet we have others who will make your life impossible. I wish the doctor the best and I hope he realize that his staff is a huge issue when it comes to his office. If you don’t want to wait long times, deal with no parking, and want to be talked to rudely I will recommend not coming here, like I said before the doctor is amazing, but his staff needs to learn to speak professionally to the patients and be more empathetic.
they kept me on hold for over 10 minutes until I hung up just to make a new patient appointment.. Glad I experienced that off the bat to not ever try a this new doctor' office for my child.. Service definitely a ZERO!
Where do I began..the doctor himself is very good.. he’s one of the best I’ve seen here in Paterson ..! HOWEVER!!!! His receptionist are very disrespectful and racist... sad to say but it’s true.. she had me stand there at the desk for 10 mins this visit ... took a look at me twice and continue to type on the computer.. very unprofessional... she began speaking in Spanish I politely said “ excuse me” she rolled her eyes and asked for someone else to speak with me...I asked to speak with the doctor she slammed the window in my face and said have a good day...
This was my second visit... giving them the benefit of the doubt..she had me wait 2 hours for paperwork I asked for to continue filling out just to speed the process.. and talk to me very unprofessional ! But since the doctor was amazing... I tried to give them another chance thinking maybe she just was having a bad day...but he needs to hire new people to represent him and his business... IMMEDIATELY
