They were indeed on time they got me to the airport in Buffalo on time but the best thing about this cab company is it is a family-owned business and it's obvious this family has a lot of character. Thank you so much.

Failed to show up on time, told me they are gonna be 12 minutes late, didn’t show up till 30 minutes late. Got in to about 3 other people in the van all of which are smoking cigarettes with the windows barely down. Never again.
On 2/29/2020 at approximately 2PM I called for a cab service from the visitor's center in Batavia. They told me it would be an hour long wait, which is understandable, HOWEVER upon deciding to walk to my destination I walked past a Batavia Cab Co cab parked at Batavia Downs Gaming. There was no one in the vehicle. I then went inside to see if the cab was going to leave with any customers. I waited for about a half hour and the cab never moved. The license plate is 28112LV.
I think it is incredibly unprofessional to tell customers to wait over an hours while the driver gambles on the job. I will not be calling your service again.
Will not answer calls a small time owner with not respect of business.i was told to call on a Sunday to book ahead? I wonder if there is a company or if the owner writes his own reviews?
