For starters we waited in a long line for a good 20 minutes. When we pulled up to the speaker I asked for a banana split, they didn’t have that then I asked for a sundae and they also couldn’t make that then I asked for a Sprinkled cone with two scoops of ice cream and sprinkles on top when we pulled to the window and got our things he handed me a bag with a BOWL of ice cream, no cone nor sprinkles. We then asked for a SPRINKLED CONE and he handed us a churro cone. I do not like anything that tastes like cinnamon but i had already added my ice cream to the cone before i realized what type of cone it was. I could not even enjoy or finish my ice cream because the taste of cinnamon makes my stomach turn. Overall the service was horrible.

So disappointed with the customer service. After waiting 7 minutes without any of the employees acknowledging we were waiting at the counter.. We left. Common courtesy is all I ask. Dairy Queen greeted as as soon as we walked in. “Be with you in a minute!”.

You lost two customers tonight.

I don't think this place has a manager. If they do they need to hire a new one. I've never seen a store so slow and all my life. It's not just slow, but it's very inconvenient and inconsiderate, and the staff doesn't care. I definitely go somewhere else.

Was there to pick up a door dash for a 3 scoop sundae a fully staffed crew and never got the order. Sad part nobody was there just a bunch of kids horsing around not getting anything done ????

I drive for a food delivery service and came through the drive thru to place and pick up an order. They no longer carried an item the customer ordered so I had to contact them to find out what replacement they wanted. I already waited in line 10 minutes and asked if I could add on the item at the window. I was told, "no." Instead, I had to go back through the drive thru once more and wait another 10 minutes. I know they could've added on the item but felt the need to be obnoxious instead. They also handed me the smoothie with it pouring down the side and no napkins.

The individuals working the drive thru at night are so rude! Ice cream is so good though.

10:53 p.m. and there's literally a line into the main road it's like this almost every night there's more than likely only two people in there working which is crazy because as I said it is this busy every night so you would think they would staff more people. And to top it off you can never come here and get the same drink twice, the workers just make the drinks however they want to

Way better value and service at the local small businesses around. Waited over 10 min in the drive thru to pay $10 for 2 scoops of basic flavored ice cream. The employees were very kind though.
