Tell me how I order online have a confirmation number and a receipt and when I get there they say it's not in their computer and proceed to tell me I'm at the wrong location. So I showed them I was at the right location and they sat there giving me attitude telling me I can't have the food I paid for.....then tell me to go on the app to get a refund because there's nothing they can do for me. Mind you I did it on the website as a guest and can't even do that so when I asked for cooperates number they refused to give it to me....You have some classy people working for you that's for sure. Don't go here they will scam you out of your money and then act like you are and idiot. Horrible customer service.

Update:

The manager called me because I called cooperate and she was rude too, so the problem stems from there.

I have literally coming here 4 times for delivery, then not to have a simple flavor like chocolate or strawberry or vanilla. This can't be a fluke. This was the color of bananas they were using if you look in the background. He couldn't even peel the banana! Trainwreck

I was a little suspicious when I saw Google labeled this location 24 hour. When I arrived, the sign on the road was out and the inside lights looked off as well. It did have an "Open" sign in the window though. I was all set to get disappointed that I could not get drive thru ice cream at 12:30 am but I took a chance and went through the drive-thru.

I was delighted when somebody came through on the speaker. I ordered the praline ice cream and lived happily ever after. Thank u Baskin-Robbins Holiday Location!

Went to order the advertised Oreo MegaStuf Cone. Staff seemed confused about how to do that.

It's apparently supposed to come with two scoops of cookies and creme, two layers of Oreo creme, and Oreo pieces in top.

I got a tiny single scoop in a chocolate cone.

Poor service... Icecream is not labeled... donuts and cones tend to be stale late in the day if they have them at all... only redeeming quality is that it is open all night

Been here twice, first time a female worker was rude to the people in front of me, then she gave them tiny scoops because she said it was too difficult to get the correct size. Then after handing everyone their cups of ice cream they decided to inform us all that they had no spoons! Then why not mention that when people order??

Second time there I ordered a cup with a lid… they gave me my order with no lid, I asked again and was informed they were out.

Someone else needs to obviously take over the ordering for the store and train the employees to be polite

People are nice. Got orders correct.

My only issue is using the app. Too easy to make mistakes in placing an order, and working out 3 drinks was

Need to remove Baskin Robbins from the sign and leave it as just DD! NOT ONE SINGLE TIME have I been able to complete an order at this place when it comes to ice cream. No hot fudge EVER! Never has an ice cream flavor that I order! HORRIBLE! And the customer service sucks too! Doesn’t even deserve a single star!
