If I can give 0 stars I would! Terrible experience. We ordered at 7:30 and the food arrived at 9:00 PM. We get it, it’s Friday they’re busy but the order was incorrect and the pizza was BRICK COLD. I was told by 2 women that it was a Friday night standard for pizza to arrive cold and the delivery to take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. No one told me when I originally placed the order about these “standards” and I was then told I, the customer, was supposed to ask. I’m supposed to ask if my takeout pizza is going to take 2 hours and if it’s going to arrive cold? Absolutely pathetic. They wanted to give me a fry credit for the order and I was not having it. An Italian guy gets on the phone and then stated that nothing is wrong with my order so that will be that and I can go ahead and warm up the pizza myself and it got nasty! He started screaming and cursing at me. My husband then intervened and it escalated to the Italian guy telling my husband to go up there and kick his a$$. What kind of restaurant owner and customer service is this? Absolutely disgusting and pathetic!!!!!!! I even offered to return the entire order for a refund and they couldn’t do that because of their “Friday night” standards. Absolutely pathetic. Also look at the picture of the fries that I ordered with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce. So dry and no sauce!!!
My daughter-in-law baby shower was held here. The place is amazing. The room we were in was geougous. The food was great, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place for your next event. Believe me, you will not be disappointed. FYI I'm vegan and they were able to accommodate me.
If I could give no stars I would. The one star is for the atmosphere, family friendly and nice surroundings. Now to the food: it was almost inedible. The one meal was obviously boiled chicken with ham coldcuts and very watery. Beuound watery. Not good. My burger was very average with what seemed like store bought barbq sauce. The fried breaded mushrooms were disgusting. When I bit into it it bursted with water. No flavor at all. We told the waitress who was apologetic, but nothing was done beyond apologizing. At least the middlesworth chips I got with my burger were good. Never again. Not good. I’ll probably be popping tums tonight.
Atmosphere so much better then the whole restaurant. Food was terrible, service was terrible,no flavor in anything, appetizers was only semi good thing, kids spaghetti and meatballs was discussing sauce was the worst. Server asked what noodles for the noodles and broccoli w/chicken has egg on it yuck asked for angel hair got regular why ask if you get what you do want. The bill $180 for 5 Adults and a child who got the worst meal ever they charged 18% gratuity hope you gave that to the not good waitress because we didn't give her a tip after that terrible meal.

Visiting Jim Thorpe, Pa and found this wonderful place 10 minutes from our cabin. Beautiful decor with friendly staff and great ambiance. Service was quick portions were generous. The bread was warm, soft, and delicious. Our appetizer of Mussels Marina was nothing short of fantastic with a flavorful Marina sauce. I had the Veal Marsala with Angel Hair pasta and it was good. My wife enjoyed a T-bone steak cook medium with baked potato and seasoned mixed vegetables. She loved it! Would definitely recommend.
Terrible experience with this restaurant. Received my order via delivery and it took an hour and a half to arrive. My order came wrong and the pizza was ice cold. We were told that there was nothing they can do about cold pizza because it is a standard Friday night for deliveries to take 2 hours and the pizza to be cold and there is nothing "wrong" with cold pizza and 2 hour delivery. I spoke to 2 different women before an Italian man started cursing and dropping f bombs and telling me to go up there to fight him. Terrible experience and Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!! Do not spend your money here.
Visited there today for a family get together after a funeral. The staff was wonderful, food was excellent. The menu had so many great things to choose from it was hard to decide. But I'll definitely be back again
Good food. They charge a 3% credit card fee, but essentially give it back the next time you use the same card. They claim this is because on increased fees, but why give it back next time?
