We had heard of this place for several years. We are so glad that we finally tried it. The food was fantastic. I ordered a unique burger off of their many option menu. It was a beef burger on a brioche bun. I chose garlic mayo, spring mix, cucumbers, black olives, and dried cranberries as my toppings. I added grilled mushrooms. I also ordered sweet potato fries. It was an amazing combination that I never would have considered on my own.
My husband ordered a burger on the brioche with mayo, thousand island dressing, lettuce, and pickles. He added cheese and bacon. Mustard and ketchup are at the table. He added onion rings to his order.
We look forward to coming back!
I’m typically not one to complain but I was extremely sad when I spent over $12 for an impossible burger and there was no patty itself. I double checked the receipt, the bag, checked everywhere in case it was packaged separately for some reason or I messed up filling out the order - nope - should have been there. I’m pregnant and was really looking forward to this meal so it was just extra disappointing that the main part of the meal was completely missing.
Lots of customization with building your own burger- the breaded chicken is a tasty substitute. Would recommend the beer battered fries and milkshake. While the caramel flavoring in the shake was barely noticeable, it was still enjoyable with the vanilla base.
Built my own burger, it tasted amazing! They also have precrafted options. The fries are beer battered but they tasted like regular fries to me. Cocktails were good, definitely recommend if you need a bite to each. Leslie (our waitress) was very attentive and even gave me a to go cup for my soft drink. The places lives up to the hype, I will be back.
So did takeout through Door dash. But order was seamless and delivered. Food hot and smelled great. Taste was great. Will go in this weekend for the atmosphere and post that. But so far this is good.
We tried the Canton location for the first time, we been to Farmington location many times. Canon location is not on a basement :) but burgers were good similar to Farmington .. quality, size, and options to put on the burger were always nice and more!! Shakes cannot go wrong in this place!! Overall a great place to try.
Friendly helpful staff. Easy to order. Vegan options. Gluten free options. Large portions. Delicious food. Black Bean burger had some Bam. Ordered take out at prime dinner time. Only took 20 minutes. Hot. Fresh. Thank you ????
My husband and I come very often and typically have great experiences. Today, unfortunately was disappointing and completely changed my view on this establishment and its management. We decided to bring my parents here as we always talk to our friends and family about how good the food is and how service is also great. This was the first time we came with a party of 6 and my husband did not realize gratuity was already taken out so he accidentally wrote an additional tip, literally 2 minutes after we left I checked the receipt and our bank and realized we had already been forced tip, so we called and explained the situation to the first person who picked up the phone and after 3 minutes of being put on hold the manager just came by and told us we’re SOL and too bad for us because they have signs around. While I’m very mindful with tipping since I was a server once too, it is appalling that the manager thinks it’s ok to essentially “steal” from customers. He just said “I have to protect my server” which is fine, but she already received a $22 tip on a $119 bill and we just had left like 5 minutes ago by the time he finally decided to take us off hold? Kind of shady as they were not even busy either.. How are you not protecting the server if you already have them backed with a forced tip? No shade to the server as she’s professional and served us many times, plus today it seemed like she was the only one serving so I cut her some slack for her not checking on us often throughout the evening. Most upsetting part of my experience is that I have never experienced a manager implicitly call people dumb for not seeing a sign they have and tell us oh well too bad for tipping over 33% on your bill. This is my favorite burger joint, I hope next time I visit my experience won’t be the same… I don’t really feel welcome to come back already.
