We broke down in a motorhome 700 miles from home right down the road from Barton Auto Repair. Boy were we happy to find this place. They prioritized our situation and worked diligently to diagnose and then fix our problem. They ordered a part and the next morning they were right on it after giving the plan of action a lot of thought. They kept us informed and tried to find ways to keep costs down without compromising quality. We got back on the road with our motorhome purring like a kitten. I highly recommend.

Fastest, friendliest, and most personable experience I have ever had with a mechanic.
I was on my way home from work about quitting time for them when I realized my transmission adapter bolts were loose and causing me to leak transmission fluid. I stopped by there shop hoping to get some fluid and barrow a 15 mm wrench to tighten it back up they didn't hesitate to help me out, loaned me the tool and gave more than enough transmission fluid to get back on the road. This was my first time dealing with them and have to say they made a heck of an impression like there is still shops around that Genuinely care about the people Thank you again Barton auto repair!
We have used Barton Auto Repair several times and have always been pleased with the results. The price is fair and they do a good job. We've never had to wait long to have our car finished here. Barton Auto Repair is our new mechanic when we're at the lake.
Do not go here! We used them for several auto needs including a brake and caliper change. Within 1 month the brakes were making a strange noise. Turns out they put them on wrong. It’s been 1 more month and the tire locked up on the highway last night. Apparently the bolts to the calipers came out and got stuck. We’ve now had to pay Kyle auto twice in less than 3 months to fix what Barton failed to do.
As if that’s not enough, we brought my step dads truck in and they said it would cost nearly 5k to fix. Turns out it needed spark plugs only! We fixed it at home ourselves.
