This place is a small family ran business. Open 11-6, M-F. Closed on weekends.
Fried Tacos on Tuesday. Street Tacos on Wednesday.
My favorites are tacos, bacon cheese burgers, bacon wrapped hotdog, onion rings, fries, onion rings, all of its good! Nice people, great food, great value. What more can you ask for.
The food used to the best in Boron. But recently the portions have gotten appreciably smaller. Today, the burrito I received was by far the smallest in over a year. It essentially was a tortilla with a garnish. Attached is a picture of a cross section of the burrito I received so you can see for yourself just how little is in the burrito. I noted the exceedingly small portion size in my review via Square today and received the following response:
"Thank you for your visit today. I hope you find a better place and prices for the food especially for burritos. It was a pleasure serving you today ????"
The snarkiness and the lack of appreciation for regular customers in their response has me wary of continuing to be a regular customer. As for their comment on the prices, this was due to the fact that I protested when they tried charging me for one more taco than I ordered in addition to the burrito. Any reasonable person would also challenge a charge that was higher than they anticipated.
In a town as small as Boron, a local businesses such as this should do better to retain their regular customers. But instead they chose to make the situation worse, hence my current Google review. And after an interaction like this, I no longer trust them to prepare my food.
Pretty cool building. Was there on a Tuesday but driver by too early. They don’t open til 11am. But there’s some Taco Tuesday special and they’re known for it

There burgers are the best. The Patty's are Always so juicy .. Such a great menu with all the greats.. like bacon wrapped hotdogs also.

Their food is good but they get pretty busy especially around lunchtime and only have like two workers so they can take awhile so if you’re in a hurry it’s best to order ahead.
Love their tacos, fries, and shakes.

They now have a card reader, so it's no longer a cash only business. The food is, as always, fabulous. Love their tacos and their burgers. And their onion ring are outstanding!! Service, at noon, was slightly slower than their service I'm used to, at 3 or 4. However it was still less than 15 minutes from order to pick-up. They are a family run business. And they are no nonsense and very friendly.
Customer service was great.. Much better than The Roadhouse, the tocos tacos were pretty good we came on taco Tuesday. The onion rings were good, fries were cool, the burger was alright. Corn dog was so so.. All n all I would much rather come here instead of the Roadhouse.. if it was the last day on earth. They can use a red salsa and jalapenos. Also met some great locals.
