Called for an estimate, was pleased. Better than anyone else quoted. When I got there for the appointment, all available technicians surrounded my car and immediately set to work. The time amd cost estimates were spot on. They even fixed what I messed up at no additional cost.
Got a state safety inspection done. I think I was there for about 25 - 30 minutes and I was done. Pretty fast considering their entire waiting area was filled with people. Thats a good sign in my book. Also was only 12 bucks. Even though they were busy, they were friendly and honest and took care of business. I was very satisfied with their work and will definitely use them in the future.
I had previously only gotten inspections here. Decided to get an oil change. They used a filter that was too small, so my car leaked oil. Not thinking there was an issue, I continued to drive it. Now my engine is wrecked.
I learned a costly mistake. Probably not a common occurrence, but it sucked for me, and I'm not going back, except for maybe inspections.
Super friendly team. They're all knowledgeable and kind. Explained everything well to me. Highly recommend the team at Barney's!
Took my car in to get it inspected so I could get my tags renewed. 5 minutes afterwards they brought my car out of the shop, after opening up the hood. And now my check engine light is on my and engine is leaking oil. Took it to O’Reilly and they said it looks like they either tired to lift it up and hit the engine with the lift, or they slammed it into something while getting it into the garage. They do not need to look at your engine for a vehicle inspection, do not go here. They have no idea what they are doing. Fortunately I have pictures from the night before when I change my oil, and before I left the shop. Will be taking legal action.
Wonderful! Mechanics they are the best,to name a few Kelly Walker,his son Trevor also very intelligent,and can prob figure anything out with your vehicle!! Not joking..don't know how they do it! I would recommend Barney's to friend's an family they also do car inspections.
This place is amazing. I went here for a car inspection and it was only $12.00! I wasn't even able to get out of my car before I was already being helped into the service garage! Fast, efficient service, and such amazing people here. I'd give them more than a 5 ???? if I was able to!
I have been to many shops in the 2 years I've lived here and Barneys is by far the most professional and helpful bunch of people I've came across. My car had an issue passing inspection and Tyler helped me figure out the best option. Kelly did an excellent job on fixing my car and went above and beyond what I could have imagined or expected! I would not waste your time or money on anyone else, bring your vehicle here, you won't regret it!!
