Food was good, service was fair. No refills, just cans of soda, so we didn't see our server again after getting our food, not that it was needed.
Lots of seating outside though not much inside for large parties. Big TVs for watching sports, restrooms available.
It's a nice spot if you're in the area but it's not necessarily a must. It's just a little bar with decent food.
Tucked away in Burr Oak a great little local pub. Amazing food. Bacon cheeseburger with fried egg was on point. Beer is ice cold and staff super friendly
Our " go to spot " for a dear friends gathering at least once a month ! The food is always wonderful with plenty of it ! The service is top notch every time ! They have inside as well as outside seating / dining available . The prices are very reasonable to top it all off !
Real deal fun. This is a basic, wholesome fun bar ownes by the same folks for a bazillion years. Awesome bar. Local tenders. One small griddle to make basic burgers. The outdoor patio was a great addition. The bandstand gets you close to the action...if you care to dance or mingle in the parking lot. Love it.
This place filled up quick! I had a cheeseburger and it was so good I had another... lol.

Always a 10 star experience eating here!! I'm from down by Boone Iowa and visited friends in Castalia and had to have dinner here again. They used to live in Burr Oak I went here first time in 2019!!!
Fun place to stop for a beer and burger.They have a nice patio and often times music on weekends. Food is really good. Pleasant staff that hustles.
