Nice and clean, and tons of books to choose from. There's a second floor with children's section and a lot of stuffed animals and board games. There's a Starbucks on the first floor and vinyls available as well. Good place to spend time when you want to chill.
One of my favorite Barnes and Nobles in the city: amazing displays, great sections. There's something for everyone. Love the 2 floors and the atmosphere, as well as its location in a stylish outdoor shopping mall in Chandler.
(The 2nd floor bathroom could use some attention, though, but not grimier than a Walmart, so it's tolerable.)
Overall, I always love my trips to this store.

I love Barnes and Nobles. Great to still be able to shop a bookstore, read, and have cup of coffee. With that said, this location they were out of coffee over an hour before closing so may be a problem. Also, not sure what sorting system they are using, I was trying to help my daughter find some books and they are not arranged by author. It was impossible to find a book we were looking for so we left. This was in classics, poetry, etc..
Cafe is great nace place inside Banners & Noble , but the young girl at tha cashier is mad no smile at all she looks like she is forced to be there working today 4-21-2024 , but I don't blame her ,I think is the job if the manager to tell their employees to smile and be happy when they are working
Used to be an amazing bookstore. Unfortunately around 6 PM every night a glitch in their speaker system emits a doorbell noise that will ring from 100 to 500 times over the course of an hour. The staff seems to think it’s normal, but it has ruined my study session.
Every Saturday morning, I find immense joy in bringing my kids to Barnes & Noble. There's something magical about wandering through aisles of books, discovering new stories, and fostering a love for reading in my children. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making our visits even more enjoyable.
However, a small note for improvement: the first floor can feel a bit cluttered or tight, especially during busy hours. A little more space or organization might enhance the shopping experience.
That said, this minor issue doesn't detract from the overall charm and appeal of the store. Barnes & Noble remains our go-to spot for weekend book adventures, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to other families looking for a wholesome and enriching outing.
Amazing books, magazine and crafts' materials. I love this store and I hope it remains open. They have nice comics like The Sandman and magazines galore! There is also a nice coffee shop inside!
