Hard to beat Barista's Coffee House when visiting Houston, MN. Co-owners Chelsey Vix and Marissa Bailey just celebrated two years of ownership, are very friendly and brew great coffee and espresso drinks in a super cozy atmosphere. Barista's also offers tasty sandwiches, soups and other treats. Loved the recommended Denver Panini with a piping hot latte. Lively atmosphere with many repeat customers too. I stopped for coffee. The coffee was very good, and the prices were fair. The service was also excellent. What I really liked the most, was the atmosphere and the friendliness of all the patrons. It is clear that there are a lot of returning customers. From what I could tell, the food was really good and the prices are fair. The indoor and outdoor seating is very comfortable.
Wonderful staff. Amazing food. Extremely tasty coffee with a hint of a gourmet menu from vegan to meat lovers. This place made my whole day brighter.
This is what you call a REAL coffee shop . Wonderful staff & reasonable prices. Besides lattes , expresso, they serve soup & sandwiches. Nice comfortable & relaxing outdoor patio too . Very cool !
Amazing coffee, nice staff, great history and great vibes. Great menu inside and a wide selection of items.
Pros: cute, friendly, clean, fast, good variety for non-coffee drinkers, clearly popular place for locals
Cons: espresso is not good (both the bean and the brew were a problem), mocha is made from powder mix (you can see the remnants in the bottom of my cup), they don't know traditional coffee house beverages (breves, miels, macchiatos, etc.)
