This taxi company and their driver, Joe Dailey, went over and beyond to make sure we had timely transportation of a witness from their residence to the courthouse. We were very impressed with the high level of customer service. We coordinated the services through Donna Price who was both helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this taxi company.
Really friendly, helpful taxi service. We used this company twice on our one day in Bardstown recently - from our b&b to Preservation Distillery than a little later to Willett's. Both the lady on reception and the driver were lovely!

We are staying at Bourbon Barrel Retreats and needed a ride to and from Bardstown. They were so easy to work with and great drivers.
If I could give a 0 star review I would. 2 days before trip I called and specially told them I needed to have a 5-5:15 pick am on a Sunday to the airport. Lady told me they don’t open until 7 on Sundays but if I paid full that wouldn’t be a problem. Long story short, no one came and made me miss my flight and had to rebook a flight/hotel/cab costs. Total around 700. But all the lady says she’s done all she can with a sorry. If I canceled with them it would be 1/2 the charge but what if they just flat out no show….. First and last time using this joke of a taxi company.
I'm editing because her response is false.. She told me should would take care of my next ride... not multiples... also she is lying about cancellation policy as she charged my buddy for canceling..
