Great baked seafood trio lunch special and excellent patty melt burger. Bartender makes perfect drinks, too. Excellent service as well. Fun atmosphere, too.
Absolutely disgusting. As I sit here and wait for my waiter: for a soft drink. My food comes and the meat was gray and absolutely gross. I mean no edible. The place has gone down hill. There was no customers on a Saturday night. That should have been a sing not to eat here. Do better or this will be an empty building . Never again
Truly a local staple. We are always excited to come here. The food is always delicious. The staff here were very friendly and professional. There is plenty of parking all over the property. The interior has a pleasing aesthetic. I am looking forward to going back again soon.
Visited this establishment with a colleague at the recommendation of our boss. We live in different states and travel for work. The two of us sat at table and when our server arrived we told her we were on separate checks. She informed us they refuse to have separate checks at a table. We told her we are not allowed to pay for our coworkers’ meals and have to use our company travel cards for all purchases. The manager came to the table and said he could not do it. If my coworker sat at another table we would be able to have separate checks. The restaurant refused to allow us to eat at the same table and have separate checks? It was so disappointing that this is their position. They charge 10% more for credit cards vs. cash. The server was very polite and the manager as well. I was so excited to try this place as the food looked a smelled amazing. So disappointed…
Tried something new here and unfortunately was very disappointed. The pulled pork Mac and cheese, it was pretty much unedible. There was a very, very large pile of mushed up pork. Seemed like it was blended opposed to pulled. It tasted good but it was almost a cream with how smushy the consistency was. Mashed potatoes kind of. And there was a ton of it, oddly underneath the Mac and cheese. Which was large shells which I found odd also, and they were also pretty smushy. But the cheese flavoring wasn't bad. There was way more pork than macaroni and cheese. My daughter ordered the same thing, she couldn't eat it at all. Anything else I've ever had from here has been really really good so I'm going with 3 stars. The turkey dinner I know for a fact is always amazing. The prime rib also. And lots of other things I've had over the years. Burgers and frys are always good as well as the chicken pot pie. I almost got that! It's always good. The chicken fingers are really, really good too.
Went here to celebrate my parent’s birthdays last night. WOW! The restaurant is giant. The menu is large and has good variety, too. We ordered the lemon pepper swordfish, it tasted more plain but was still fabulous! The chicken pot pie, which my dad said was a little salty but overall pretty good. The crab stuffed haddock, which my sister loved! She chose fries as her side, they were steak fries! My mom got the maple glazed salmon with green beans, and she loved it. I would definitely recommend, and would like to go back again. I forgot to take photos before we started eating, sorry!
I wanted a simple wedge salad. No cucumbers we listed on the ingredients. There were SO many diced pieces of it! I really hate them! It was floating in dressing! Not my thing! I like blue cheese crumbles not 1" cubes! Usually love my meal. Huge disappointment ????
I've gone to Barber's Crossing for decades because they have fabulous food. Best prime rib ever. Great bar service. I enjoy remembering all the good times I have had there. Now I want prime rib for dinner!
