We had a calzone and spaghetti and meatballs. The nightmare calzone was huge, and delicious! The spaghetti and garlic bread were fabulous! Our waitress was very attentive. Thank you for a great dinner!
Still the best pizza in Erie. Valerios is close, but there is something about the recepe and crust that make their food extraordinary.
We went there for my husband's birthday and the place is run down feeling. The floors were sticky and table was also sticky. The food has gone downhill compared to the old Barbatos. The server was constantly blowing his nose in the back area. Not sure if it was in the kitchen or not. The lady in the back made a comment that we ordered a lot of food for 2 people. We ordered some to take home for another day. Thought that was rude. The only positive was the guy at the counter was super friendly. Won't be back.
From southwest Pa, my first time being in Erie, wasn't familiar with the area, but ways trying new things we can't get at home. Barbatos was just about 200 yds down the street from the hotel, decided to give it a whirl. I was absolutely BLOWN away but the tremendous service and kindness of our server. Didn't catch her name, but redhead, very sweet and proper. Food was absolutely on point! Taco pizza, fet Alfredo, pep balls, wings. I absolutely hate crust on pizzas, I inhaled every bite of their crust. Sauce on the wings was phenomenal!! Reminded me of a popcorn seasoning. Everything was so flavorful. Chatted with our waitress after, with the cooks, with the owner. Everyone was so friendly, kind, generous, and appeasing... Owner even made me my own container of sauce to take home!!! I would recommend this place to anyone, looking for something completely different and not just the same old recipes as chain places!!
For 3 kids and 1 adult it was $77, that's outrageous! Chicken tenders were horrible, instead cheese Stix that we ordered some how turned into pepperoni balls, and they were horrible. Chicken Alfredo had no taste. Would not recommend!
We were first timers the night we stopped for some take out. The two guys were so friendly and the wait wasn't long at all they brought our order to the car. We tried lasagna a small pizza and a hoagie. Everything was delicious.
I just got carry out food. I really like their pizza. Their subs are very good also. The service is always good.
when you use a card instead of cash they charge a fee for using a card ; didn’t tell me that til I was at the counter picking up my food, prices went up quality of food went down.
An 8 inch bread with just garlic is $5 , crazyyyyy
