I had an amazing experience at Bar Louie thanks to Destiny! She was incredibly nice and attentive throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she never missed a beat with our drinks. It's rare to find such outstanding service these days, and Destiny truly made our night memorable. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and delicious drinks
Ordered delivery from here. Tried the buffalo chicken flat bread, cheese curds and Nashville hot sliders. All were very tasty!
Simply not worth the $75 spent for 2. I’ve been to other locations that were better. Ripped seating, pretzels that were below movie theater quality, dry $20 chicken and I had to spit some out due cartilage/fat?
Service was just fine, no complaints at all! Our server was the redeeming quality. I just think the kitchen could use work and management could be more attentive to the place. We left needing to stop somewhere else to feel better. We wouldn’t visit again, the place just needs to iron out its wrinkles.
Nice selection of beers. Looks like they make some interesting cocktails. The food was quite tasty. They do have happy hour with specials.
I went on a Tuesday at 12pm and sat at the bar. I ordered one of the seasonal drinks and the garnishes were not ready. The bartender did bring over raspberries later, but no lemon peel. Spent around $70 for two (not including tip) on two apps and 4 drinks.
Monica took care of our group without any problem. She was one of the best managers ever. She made sure our drinks were top notch and our food was tasty. She kept checking back on us and made sure we downloaded the bar Louie app to come back and use the rewards. Great service and great company, will come back again just for Monica!
I came in on a whim a few weeks ago on my way back into the city and was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and quality of service provided by the manager on duty, Max! I was quick to be welcomed and seated at the bar, was provided several cocktail/food recommendations and was honestly blown away by how good the food was at the Bolingbrook location!
5 Stars! 10/10! Would highly recommend!
Everytime we come in, they take care of us! If you wanna sit at the bar be sure to ask for our girl Destiny! She will make you feel right at home and make sure your drinks stay full!
