Hands down one of the worst hamburgers I have had in my life and let's not talk about the customer service. My double cheeseburger was the special for $16.99 and let me tell you McDonald's hamburgers are way better than these. Also the lady with tattoos in the long hair that was wearing the skirt that was helping us had very poor customer service no type of interaction with the customers at all but she seemed to cater to the elderly people that were there playing bingo and was being really nice to them and then when it came to us we got a whole different service. She took my plate away and didn't even ask if I was done with it which I wasn't. We will never return here again the food was horrible and the customer service was worse
Great little country cafe. Staff was friendly and personable. Food was hot, fresh and the portions were big. The atmosphere definitely has that "locals only" kind of vibe but we were made to feel more than welcome. Highly recommend the country potatoes extra crispy! Hope to go back soon!
My friends & I dined in March 2nd 2024.
Thank god I paid cash for my part of the bill… but my friend that used her credit card for a $16.23 meal was actually charged $81.23 which was more than all 3 of our meals together!! YOU WOULD THINK SIMPLE FIX!! Nope….9 days later still NO REFUND!!!! Wow!! We will NOT be back! Manager is unresponsive if this situation!!! Who is the damn owner!??? Help!
MY ribeye was cooked to perfection. My brother’s was half the width and overcooked. That was a bummer but it still tasted good.
They make their own croutons-YUM!!! I’d eat a lot more salad if I could have those croutons every day!
The mashed potatoes were delicious.
Customer service was great! Boots knows her stuff and she’s a local so it was fun chatting with her!

I’ve been coming to the Banta Inn ever since I can remember; so, if you’re in the area, this is definitely the place to eat at.
It’s got good food, a friendly atmosphere, and an interesting history. Portion sizes are generous, and I highly recommend their prime rib on Fridays and Saturdays.
They have a separate bar area too, if that’s more to your liking, and live music on some days as well. Order in or take it away, either is delicious.
Young server guy was good, good attitude friendly and even told us the ghost stories.

Recommend they add cottage cheese to the menu lol but great food tri tip was good.
Very homey feeling to me and the food is great! Bloody Mary's always are delicious here!
