I had never heard of a Banh Mi sandwich before I saw them on a TV show with food trucks. Since then, I’ve been on the hunt, but I didn’t have to look very far. I ran across a very peculiar place called Banh Mi factory and to be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Half on Banh Mi sandwich shop, half bakery, and half Boba tea shop ( I know that’s 3 halves, LOL). Well, the Boba teas are on par with other places but the pork Banh Mi is to die for. The best part is that the sandwich costs cheaper than a big Mac value meal. The cilantro and the pickled vegetables pair so nicely that I have a taste of freshness and every bite. This has become my go-to over the typical fast food fare!
Came in for the first time a few days ago, and loved it, so I had to come back again.
Their banh mi’s are amazing! The bread definitely make a difference when it’s fresh and the crust crispy. The fillings are all appetizing specially the bulgogui and pork one.
Ordered the brown sugar bubble tea as well and my wife loved it, but next time I would get it less sweet.
Overall the place it’s very clean, modern, and comfortable and they have a large variety of items on their menu so you will have lots to choose from.
Next time I will have to try their Pho and pastries since they looked pretty good to me.

Highly recommend! The banh mi sandwiches were large and flavorful. The iced coffee was strong, smooth, and delicious. Eggrolls were crispy, hot, and perfect! We can't wait to go back!
Fabulous Fresh Food! Love the Pho Special Combination which is like liquid gold.Love the bone broth and they make it for me the way I like with more broth less noodles and one type of meat instead of all the meats when I ask. The pork Banh mi is tasty,and the baguettes they use are crunchy and delicious each time. Staff is very friendly and wants to please.Atmosphere is a cool modern design, clean, and a casual vibe with lots of comfortable seating.
Bad service, outrageous AUTOMATED tip requests , dirty tables, empty condiments, food portions chintzy!
I stood at the counter several minutes being ignored, when finally Danny was kind enough to say "Be right with you". He waited on me soon after. I placed an order for a bahn mi, a order of eggrolls, and a mango tea.
As I paid, the card reader suggests a tip of minimum 20% "good" up to like 35% "great"! Seriously? Because apparently the owner wants to pass on employee wages to the consumer? And they don't even do table service?
I was #41.. I went and grabbed a seat. Then I noticed how dirty the table was... see attached photo. I then noticed ALL the tables were that way... disgusting! This was before I had even gotten my food!
I got up and went to get some napkins, a straw and some Hoisin and Sriracha. Hoisin was there.. but all of the Sriracha bottles were empty... see attached photo. I went and sat back down.
They called #41... I went to the counter. My bahn mi was there. I asked about the eggrolls and tea, and the guy looks at me like he was clueless. So he found eggrolls in the fryer and had to make me a tea, which he brought to my table.
Tea was ok... nothing great. Eggrolls were crispy but bland. Sandwich was mostly bread, and seriously lacking carrot and daikon pickles. Flavor was meh.
All this for a ridiculous $25.03 (minimum tip!)
Clean and minimalist cafe with flavorful food! Pho broth was delicious with fresh toppings, and the Banh Mi was perfect with pickled veggies and juicy beef. They make the bread in-house, too! Lastly, you can customize the sugar with Boba teas ????. There's seating and lounge areas as well.
Sandwiches are to die for! The bread is nice and crisp and the sandwich is amazing. The bubble tea is full of flavor, although there are times where there is too much ice. Decor is very nice! One of my favorite stops in Tampa.
