Always friendly staff. The food is very consistent and in my opinion the best Thai food in Kalamazoo. Many options for vegetarians. Recommended hot and spicy food for a cold day.
I had lunch today here with my friends. I had Bangkok chicken with medium spicy level. It's good and I love it.
Consistent excellence, some of the best authentic Thai dishes you will ever taste, great employees, comfortable environment, fair prices, large portion sizes. Put all those together and there's absolutely no reason to not love Bangkok Flavor! They do it right, every time. Try it and you will crave it. Competitors can't come close to the flavor and freshness you will find here. Hands down, the best Thai restaurant I've ever experienced.

Ordered Thai Iced tea, Tom ka soup with shrimp and Entree # 29 Pad Talay.
Asked the server for recommendation based on what I was looking for and she was very helpful and kind and explained everything in detail. Glad I ordered what she recommended. Loved the taste of everything. 10/10. Portion sizes were good too! enjoyed left overs later on!
I think this place should be more popular.
Their food is delicious, If you like Thai food, this is the place for you.

You can get a spot pretty easily, and once you get in you will find a helpful staff.
Our food was ready in no-time and that’s good because we always come hungry.
Neutral 3 stars on the atmosphere bc this was a takeout order. Service is a generous 2 stars due to the irritable phone call. 1 star for the food bc this must’ve been a bulk prep made at the start of the day. God I hope it was at least today. In the spring rolls, the sprouts were browning and had a strange odor and taste. Moving on to the drunken noodles, the flavors were unfamiliar for a popular dish that I’ve had countless times in cities across the country. That said, flavor was the least concerning part of this. The noodles were caked together and firm with both the noodles as well as the shrimp coated in a dry finish indicating clearly that the sauce had substantial time to completely dry and bleach everything it coated. The shrimp was also tough with a strange taste and odor. I threw it all out. Won’t be returning to this place. Hope you have a better experience than I did. Pray I don’t awake with food poisoning in the middle of the night.
I recently dined at Bangkok Flavor, a small establishment with a big culinary impact. Despite its size, the food was exceptional. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff making sure every need was met. Additionally, they provide toys for kids, ensuring they're entertained throughout the meal and also dinnerware for them, witch made my kids feel special. I highly recommend it to any food enthusiast looking for a memorable dining experience. My kids were very happy there.
Nice, small family restaurant with great food. We ordered fried rice, green and red curry dishes. All 3 had robust flavors with many ingredients! One of the better Thai restaurants we've been to.
