Surprisingly, the sushi we ordered as an after thought was the highlight of our meal and what we wished we’d ordered more of. The food served hibachi was somewhat lacking flavor. As for entertainment, the “show” was average. Our chef was moderately interested in being there. Perhaps the most frustrating point is that my wife and I had to wait at the grill for 20+ minutes for another party to sit before they would continue (hence the sushi order while we waited).
The best of the services. These people are just amazing!!! The food was sooo good and delish.
This place used to be so good, now they are just scam artists. The first time I went in years was a few months ago. They charged us for the other table on accident (about $120) and told us they needed our card back and needed to run it again for our actual bill, and that we'd get our $120 back in a few weeks. Last week, we decided to give them a shot again. Called and made a reservation for THREE. Of course, they seated two parties of two at our table, but that's expected. What no one at our table expected was the automatic 20% tip we each got on our bills because it was a "large party". Our reservation was for three people, I understand they sit a lot of people at one table but we were not ONE large party, we were three separate ones who didn't even know each other. A total rip off and scam.
Great place for a meal whether
it's sushi, hibachi, or just drinks. Atmosphere is nice, the staff is also really friendly. We had the lobster & steak hibachi takeout. So delicious! Highly recommended!!
Bad service. The male server with the wig was very careless. We sat at the table, and it took him about 10 minutes to come and get our order. Once he took the order, he brought the soups and salads, and we asked for utensils, but he said he would only bring them when the food came out. Not really caring that we wanted to eat our salad with a fork. Later, when the food came out, he left it on the table and left quickly. He didn’t even bother to ask if there was anything else he could get for us, and he never brought the utensils. After about 5 minutes of waiting to see if he was going to bring utensils, I had to ask someone who was walking around to please get us the utensils and sauces that were never brought to us.
Our server acted as if he was annoyed by our presence, and of course, since his plan was to charge us a 20% tip all along, he couldn’t care less to give us good service.
The sushi was good and fresh. But the food my husband ordered, which was like a kabob with a sauce, tasted old and overcooked. It was hard to chew the chicken. In other words, it was nasty.
Went here late on a Friday night and had no wait. The service was excellent and super friendly, and the food was delicious! We sat in the dining room and had a hibachi salmon dinner and a Wasabi Roll, both were excellent. The martinis are also very good, has the lychee martini and have had the mango in the past. Will definitely be coming back!
Going out on a Thursday evening we found the restaurant quiet and not full of customers. That said... The food was THE BEST I have ever had! I would highly recommend everything. Our sushi was the freshest I have ever eaten and beautifully presented. Can't wait to return.
We came in for a late lunch, sat at the bar. We haven't been here since 2019 so we wanted a few minutes to relax, get a drink, and go over the menu. The server wouldn't stop coming over to us every 30 seconds to see if we were ready to order when we told him we needed about 5 minutes, we also wanted to mention we didn't even get our drinks yet. My Fiancé. order came out first and I had to wait over 15 minutes for mine to come out. After we both got food, the server kept coming over every 2 minutes to see how we were doing, it was VERY ANNOYING, we couldn't even have a conversation with out being interrupted by staff all the time. Drinks were not very flavorful either.
I had sushi, it was actually very tasty, 5 stars for the sushi, but the cooked food was over cooked, my Fiancé. was not very impressed.
We probably won't be back again, due to the service, and how annoying they were when we were just trying to have a drink and relax.
