We came here for my nieces birthday party. The party room is so small not big enough to hold all of us comfortably. The bathrooms are so cute and overall not a bad play area just those party rooms need to be bigger. The staff was okay a lot of times they'd walk away from one of the areas and a little kid would go running and you'd see the parent try and keep up taking off after them. I wish the smaller section with the foam mats were more enclosed for the smaller kids.
I didn't like them putting wristbands on everyone especially those not participating and they tried to charge my niece for a kid too big to even fit in the play area. He stayed reading at the table and watching our personal belongings.
Our kiddos got invited to a birthday party here and it was great! I loved that all ages are able to enjoy the playground! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! I was waiting for the stall with the baby diaper changer to become available and one of the staff members noticed. She took me to the nursing baby room that I didn’t know was available! She even turned the light on for me as I carried my baby into the room!
Overall, each section was clean and the equipment looked well kept but not new. Nevertheless, my kids had a great time!
My son had a birthday party for my grandson. I was very impressed. The children had a great time. The staff was very kind and on top of things. Everything was being cleaned all the time. The room was ample for pizza and cake and a place to decorate and keep gifts. The kids were 3-12, but mostly younger. I would definitely suggest it to others
My kiddo loves this place! He can play here all day and only complains when we are trying to leave ????. They have something for most ages. I’ve taking all 3 of my boys, ages 6 months-13 years old. Although it’s mainly for smaller kiddos. As a parent, I can’t really complain. Only issue I have (sometimes, and it’s not with the actual business itself) is some children can be very rude. For instance I’ve seen kids pushing others, not sharing, cutting in line, and a major one is not waiting for the slide to be clear at the bottom before sliding down. Other than that, we keep coming back here to have him spend all his energy here.
It's always a fun place to go with the kids. They always have a great time and so do I.
My granddaughters birthday was here and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend Ball Factory
Kids had a blast. Slide is super fast. Very clean also.
This is always a FAVORITE place for all my kids! There is a separate designation for smaller children under 42" which is great to avoid collision with some older kids. The air dispensing tube with foam balls is even fun for adults! Loud but fun and safe for the little ones!
