This hairstylist have ruined my hair’s health and burned it while doing an highlight procedure. I have already had a dye on my hair and they left the bleach on my hair for one and a half hours long and my roots were burned. ????????The lady did not even tell me that she burned my hair. The style I showed her and wanted her to do was not even what I wanted. My hair looked like a zebra.???? After I washed it, it was hard and tangled. I had to go to another hairstylist to cut my hair and change the color.
I’m attaching the photos so that you know what I’m saying. (The orange parts on my roots shows that it’s burnt. ????Video and the picture that I have pink cover on my shoulders is after I went to another stylist to FIX the hair but as you can see it still looks so bad!!) Everybody knows that highlights are expensive but if you ruin my hair you don’t get to get that money!! And I need an apology! You cannot just ignore what you have done.
I always go to Matanat for my hair .She is great.She always does my hair the way I want it .I would recommend her to everyone.Also i got my facial done with Julia she got magic hands.I would definitely go back again. Thank u pretty girls ????

I recently had a pleasure of visiting Istanbul hair salon to see Matanat. She’s amazing at what’s she’s doing! Always makes me feel refreshed and happy. I also must mention the new decoration looks so modern and fancy at the same time! Always love the atmosphere and friendly service. Definitely going back to get my facial next week with her daughter Julia she’s also very sweet person and well educated on skin care. Thank you guys so much! ❤️

Matanat is one of the most talented colorists and hair stylists i’ve ever tried. Her hands are amazing mashallah. I came to her on a few occassions and she made me very happy with color, cut, highlights and style. She is very sweet and kind and I will always come back to ger for all my hair needs. Also she has a daughter Julie who does facials and spa needs and Im looking forward to trying her services as well. Great location and amazing staff.
