Horrible business! They take advantage of the elderly. They illegally towed my grandmas car, charged her a fee for claiming the police called it in but upon speaking with the sherrifs office, it was not called in. They charged her $305 for storage for not even 24 hours. When we went to pick up the car it wasnt even driveable because they had broke the tire rod and put a hole in her radiator making fluid leak out everywhere. They also damaged her front bumper. We had to pay more money for another company to tow it home because of the damages they caused. We only started with a flat tire in the back that we were on the way with new tire when they towed it! Our car wasnt even left for more than 45 min before they took it. The woman owner was very rude, told us the damage was not from towing because they use a flat bed. She said my grandmas car was “ghetto” and it came into their shop like that. Was gloating about how she has a $150,000 truck and how she doesnt damage cars. Yeah maybe not your own! They have horrible customer service and the owner is so snotty and disgusting to her customers. They did not have keys and doors were locked when it was towed so the damage is obviously from them chaining it up incorrectly and pulling it onto the tow truck. In the beginning of a law suit now, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you choose to use them, make sure you take pictures of everything and record all of your conversations like i did. It will help when you have to sue them later! Pictures of the damage:

I have been here a few times over the years. Each time the estimate was given and each time the bodywork was great, the work was done as scheduled and the price matched the estimate. It doesn't get any better than that.

After hitting a deer, Baker's towing was very courteous, professional and went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was prepared for review by our insurance company adjuster.

I had a very difficult time with the insurance company and the body shop in terms of arranging for repair. The communication was abysmal and it seemed as if I would never get my car in a place to move forward. Three weeks later we made progress.

I can't speak to the quality of body work or collision repair but I can tell you that the towing process for me was exceptional. While I doubt very seriously I would ever have my vehicle repaired here I am very grateful for the towing staff and how I was treated.

I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience at Bakers.Scott in the office kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle seamlessly. Dusty who performed the repair/complete repaint did an outstanding job. Its a 10/10. If you’re ever in need of auto body repair don’t hesitate to take your vehicle to Baker’s paint and body!!

Save yourself the headache and find a reputable shop that knows what they are doing. This place is predatory and super unprofessional

Called Bakers on a Wednesday morning, the recording says come in for an estimate Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday. So the next day on Thursday, today, we go in.

We walk in and say "hello how are you?", the guy looks up, annoyed, and says "Slammed".

We say "oh, sorry about that, well, do you have time for an estimate?"

The guy says "no not really".

Then says "well, what are you looking to get an estimate on?"

We said "thank you, have a great day" and left...

We have never felt so uninvited in a business.

I'm sure business is good (slammed), but he could have said, sorry, I'm swamped, can you come back in X days, or I'm so sorry we are just too busy and can't see anyone for another 6 months, something... I guess when you don't need businesses from someone you can treat them like garbage. There are others with Integrity.

Baker's Towing did an excellent job getting me out of a dangerous situation. They were quick and even apologized for my 30-minute wait (which I did not mind AT ALL). Prices are reasonable but they only take cash for towing. Thank you for your great customer service!
