As a sales representative with Arkansas Fuel Injection, Inc. I have called on this place for years and Jim Baker has always done great work. Over the past 2 years Jim has retired but Bill and so many of the same crew are still here to meet your needs and they are doing a great job. I highly recommend them to you when your big truck needs arise.
They do good work here some people might say they're priced high but its the difference in done right or done twice! Don't get discouraged they do exceptional work and have a great group of guys working here. If you need any work done give them a call they're usually pretty quick on the turn around
Great company, Jimmy came out and unstuck my 40' Diesel Pusher that had gone off the road and burried itself in mud. Great job and friendly guy. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, they will be my first call.
The shop towed & repaired my aunts 20 year old RV so she could continue her travels to TX. We couldn't find any one else willing to tackle the job during the Thankgiving holiday. Many thanks to them for their patience & expertise.
I had a bucket truck broke down, called several places this is the only guy in the area with a mobile service. He got out to my guys, took a look at it said he would have to take it back to the shop but it would be a very easy fix and he would pull it in first thing next morning. Three days later still sitting, hadn’t touched it hadn’t called to let us know anything. When I called to question what was going on he proceeded to get an attitude and tell me that he was busy. Me being a business owner I reminded him that he was the one that told us this was an easy fix and it would be pulled in the next morning and fixed quickly. I don’t know what this guys problem is, in business if you tell someone you’re going to do something you do it. If you can’t do it or something comes up you let them know immediately to get a resolution. I can say his secretary was very nice and professional and I feel very sorry for her if she has to deal with this jack a** every day.
