Terrible!! Left my vehicle untouched for months. Gave me one price only to say it would double and then had no clue how much it would cost. Wanted money to even start working on it then said he didn't know how to fix it. Took parts off of my vehicle and didn't even put them back on left them sitting inside the vehicle and still charged me for a service that they never did. I provided the part that needed to be replaced and when I finally took my vehicle untouched back the part I provided was gone, said they never saw it. Shady garage!!! Terrible experience would not recommend!!
I’ve know Baker for years he is by far the best and most trustworthy mechanic their is and the cheapest. He also serves the community with the ems. Me and my grandfather both appreciate every thing this man has done and always with a smile. To the mane that said he had an attitude is incorrect I’ve never saw this man get mad. Thanks a lot Jerry. Baker's Automotive has provided me with nothing but the highest quality of service for years at the best price around. Very honest, reliable, friendly and helpful staff. I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone here is involved in the fire department, ems, etc. so I find it hard to believe any sane person could find something to complain about.
Be very careful if you decide to let this guy work on your car. I first called Baker a week ago and asked for an estimate to repair a radiator and hoses ect, ect. He gave me a price and said he wouldn’t be able to get to it until next week so we agreed and set up an appointment for Tuesday at 800am. I arrive to the shop at 800am and nobody was there so I waited for about 20 minutes and still nobody showed up. I phoned the business and left a message and also left my number asking them to please call me but still nothing. I decided to drive over there and asked him what was up and if he was going to repair my truck... well this guys attitude told me all I needed to know about him. He could care less if he had me as a customer or not; not the place I want to trust working on my vehicle .... very sketchy
BE VERY CAUTIOUS ON USING THIS GARAGE OR BETTER YET.... you’d be very smart to run away from this place.... you’ve been warned
