Came into town for the weekend and this was our first stop on our way to our hotel. There was a nice vibe outside and we were hungry so we stopped in. We were greeted immediately and the menu was simple to follow. Our food came out within 12 minutes and everything was perfect: the beyond burger and mushroom/pepperoni pizza. Done so well. The vibe was inviting and I’ll be back when we visit again. Thank you so much!
So the fellas there are a vibe ! However, we are here for the food review ! The pizza gives them a 3 star for food. The ultra Vegan Pizza is good ! Would go back to order one! Now the burger ! I had hopes for it ! But it gets no love! My burger was dry , a drizzle of the special sauce, so I couldn’t taste it, the cheese was hardly any and it was shredded. The patty was just a beyond patty warmed up! I was expecting them to make the beyond a burger patty of their own ! Meaning take the patty reseason it so it can have its own taste. The ketchup and hunger is why I ate the burger. So for now ,the burger gets no love ! Recreate it make it taste like something !
Just got back home from eating here. They were out of a lot of things on the menu so only pizza, drinks, & fries were available. We were told that items were on backorder from the truck delivery so my fiance & I ordered sweet potato fries, 1/2 size vegan Hawaiian, & 1/2 size vegan meat deluxe. Everything tasted great & the gentleman running it tonight (Menji) was very nice & friendly. The pizza crust is really good! They are renovating the space and we found out they host lots of events there where the furniture gets moved around,so it may have just temporarily looked a little off tonight. But cozy vibes & chill spot. Prices were decent. We would go back. Thank you!
We ordered the Plant Based Meat Lovers Pizza for takeout and it was completely burnt. They were also out of the plant based pepperoni and rather than substituting with something else, they just skipped putting it on. I was excited to try this place out because I love that vegan food diversity is expanding in Atlanta, but I will not be going back. It was inedible.
I’m in town this week for graduation and this would have to be the worst pizza I’ve had since high school (over 16 years ago). I’m not sure if the place is under new management from 3 years ago but we literally waited 50 minutes on a Wednesday for one of the worst tasting pizzas in my life. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone highly disappointed.
This plant based/ vegan pizza was the BEST I’ve ever experienced. This pizza was PERFECT!! The customer service was great! I can’t remember the young lady’s name that was taking our order, but, she was hilarious & extremely friendly!
As a vegan, I've struggled for years to find good, well-priced pizza options that don't compromise on taste or quality. That all changed when I discovered Bakaris, a truly exceptional plant-based pizza restaurant.
From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the kindest, most welcoming staff. They took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and make recommendations based on my dietary needs. I ended up ordering the Ultra Vegan Deluxe pizza, and let me tell you, it was an absolute revelation.
What really sets Bakaris apart, though, is their commitment to using only the highest quality, sustainably sourced ingredients. You can taste the difference in every slice. And the prices are incredibly reasonable, making it accessible for vegans and non-vegans alike.
I left Bakaris feeling completely satisfied, and I’m sure you would too!
Great place to unwind and have some plant base pizza with the works and the staff is great!!! You can also host events at the location!!! I come here often!!!
