You have to check out Baja Tacos.. Carne asada tacos are so delicious and flavorful. The corn tortilla does not disappoint.. They catered to our workplace and man... It hit the spot.. Customer service was outstanding 5 stars !!!! Audrey was very helpful to answer any of our questions about the menu..I highly recommend this business. Clean and professional service..... Looking forward to trying them out again.
My wife and I love street food so we stopped in here for lunch today and were absolutely thrilled. I got two tacos pastor and my wife got two asada tacos.
They were fantastic!! If you are in El Mirage on Thunderbird I highly recommend you give them a go.
We will definitely be back for more.
Great food at a great price.
I have been here a number of times. Their food is always delicious. Tonight I got the speciality asada, Al pastor and shrimp. Crunchy, great flavor, a great amount of onions and cilantro too. The shrimp specialty was my favorite. A must try spot!
This place is incredibly delicious. I can't rave about the tacos. I tried the specialty shrimp taco, specialty pastor taco, and the regular shrimp taco. I also tride the cheese quesadilla. Hands down, amazing. The specialty tacos come with a fried cheese layer on top. The sauces are so good as well. Maybe I was starving, but they do it right. Definitely hit the spot.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food came out fast. Oh, and they do the long coke bottles. So classic.
I'll be back here for certain.
The best tacos I've ever had! I always visit the place at least once a week, if you haven't tried their food, make sure you get shrimp tacos.

Everything has already been said but I’ll say it again, this place is legit the best tacos in Phoenix metro. The best part is the service. Mateo was super personable and hospitable, really great family run spot! Don’t sleep on this! I’ve found my new taco joint and it’ll be worth the drive every single time!
A few months ago we were looking for some more authentic style street tacos, and based on reviews we decided to give Baja a try— and they hit every mark of what we were wanting! The meat is fantastic and flavorful, the food is fresh & authentic, reasonably priced, and pretty dang decent portions!
The carne tacos are tasty, but the shrimp tacos are 1,000% where it’s at! The shrimp is so insanely good, and the tortilla has a perfect crunch to it. We’ve ate here about 6 times over the last 2 months, because we can’t help but crave them! They’re SOOOO good. Their sauces are great too; the red has a good kick, green has good flavor, and the chipotle is a must to put on every meat they offer— it’s that good. I will say the pastor is a bit sweet for our liking, but still not terrible, and if you’re a pastor fan, I’m sure you’ll like it!
P.S the carne tacos don’t come with cabbage on them. You have to order that if you like it, like we do!
