Great prompt service! Driving out of a local campground we heard a loud noise. One of our leaf spring hangers on our trailer sheared off the frame and the other side had a crack as well. BTR to the rescue! Three hours after they came to our rescue they had us back safely on the road at a more than fair price.

He came out quickly to assist during his own dinner and persisted in getting into my vehicle that was difficult to get into, and in the cold too. He was also super, duper nice! Not sure what we would have done without him, because none of the other avenues for help were working out. Extremely appreciative!

These have got to be some of the nicest most compassionate people in the industry. I recently rolled my truck and travel trailer and literally every single person I had contact with there is just beyond willing to help and customer service is above and beyond. I even had one of my nice watches fall out of my travel trailer due to the trailer being open and falling apart. The driver could have very easily left it, kept it or tossed it back into the rubble but he chose to hang onto it until the next day and let others know he had it and to make sure I knew so it would get back to me. It's something insurance would cover yes, but insurance can't replace memories attached to the watch so I was very grateful. Just and all around great experience with this company. On a side note they have super nice equipment from what I could tell, it was night when they picked up my stuff but looked new and clean. The yard when I visited to go through my wreck was very clean and I was helped immediately. The young lady in the office answering the phones truly has wonderful customer service. No communication, no timeliness and not people of their word. I expressed that I absolutely needed to be kept in communication because of my schedule (I drive a semi regionally) and never got calls until 2 hours after I called them twice just to find out they didn't do what they said they would do.

DO NOT USE THIS GUYS, THEY ARE A RATS, STILL YOUR MONEY

For a six inches hose and 3 coolant gallons and only 35 miles away WE PAID 795.00 DLLS

Literal thieves do not do business with this company. Had an extremely bad experience with one of the employees. Will never do business with Joseph or this company again and recommend the same to anyone else considering using their services.
