My go to car guy! Has helped me, my boyfriend, my friend, and we've since referred at least 3 other people to him! Always helpful, and one of those cheaper in cash places that will get things done right and always be worth the time!
We got into a fender bender while on vacation to Utah, from Texas. Our alignment was off and we were in a real bind, because we needed our car. I called Craig at Bailey’s; he and his staff bent over backwards to fit me into their schedule and had me back on the road the same day! It’s comforting to know there’s still one place that I can trust to do a great job for an honest price.
Had to address multiple issues at first they seemed ok but there was so much inconsistency and zero customer service or consideration of my time. They demand only cash so it's off the books their words, not mine. So no statements no warranties. Raising their voices to each other and with me, it was uncomfortable even being there. I got the same bid elsewhere at almost 1/2 the price Baileys seems they will only help who they want when they want no public restrooms and a filthy lobby where nobody sits to greet you a very normal thing to have I sat there for at least 10 min when a very ignorant rude mechanic named Johnny looked at it and bid it without even driving it!! at the very least do yourself a favor and get a second opinion!!!! I'm shocked there in business I never leave reviews it was that bad and now knowing I can get it done cheaper with professionals that treat me with respect I won't be returning.

Very impressed with the service here. Robb and Johnny were both very honest and did great work. Quoted me half the price of another mechanic shop and were able to get me in the same day and completed the work within hours of taking my car in. I will be using your shop for any future repairs! My mechanic junior is great , he is very professional, he was knowledgeable and does a great job. He did extra. He looked at my engine and made sure there were no leaks and that it was running fine. I would certainly recommend Bailey’s to anyone that is seeking a repair.
Consistently sloppy service. Broken promises. Zero accountability. There's no professional-style (or any style) accounting of what they actually do on your car. When I ask them to do a thorough check of all systems for safety and drivability purposes, all I got back was a chicken-scratch type of accounting of what was supposedly done.
For two car systems, they wasted time "trying" the requested repairs, repairs which then failed.
They didn't refund me for the failed repairs. For one of the repairs requested they promised to do a "junk yard search" for a relevant part, and then they never followed up. I was still charged for work on this latter item, and then never refunded even though they have completely failed to follow up.
Unprofessional.
No accounting of what was actually done, in any sort of a professional or accurate manner.
Zero record of what was done to your car in the past, other than what the staff happens to remember, or not.
Promises broken.
Maybe they're 5-10% cheaper than some other shops, but for that slight discount you'll get broken promises, bad quality work, and zero accountability.
If you get "too complicated" for them, they'll give you the passive aggressive boot. And again there's essentially no record or accountability of what's actually done on cars.
Bailey’s Auto is great to work with! Our van broke down on our trip to Utah and was towed to this shop! Craig was quick and efficient in fixing a minor problem! He said the fix was so minor that he didn’t feel right charging us for the repair! Next time our van breaks down in Utah we will be sure to visit Bailey’s Auto Services!! Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly!!
