My daughter and I stopped by one day after visiting the mall. The shaved ice is always amazing here. One thing that was very different about this visit compared to others was immediately after walking through the door all you could smell is marijuana. The staff had the inappropriate music so loud they forgot some toppings and when I asked they gave me an attitude and said I didn't order that. I went to give the rude boy my receipt and he said it's fine I will just add it. On the plus side the ladies were super nice.
sitting in the drive thru and a woman came out and swiped her hand in front of my car and said they closed the line and went back inside. Though we were in line before closing and the open sign was on and a full long line in front of us were not told the same. Terrible service and incredibly disappointed.
Don't go here try their other locations this one is ran by young rude kids. Don't order online either you'll end up waiting an hour after your pickup time and have to watch everyone who just barely ordered get their order before you even though u had a specific time plus they had my order ready just never gave it to me and had it on the counter melting and ignoring me while I stand there and wait I ended up leaving and making my boyfriend pick them up and they didn't even look good should of just got my money back. I will never go here again!
Came inside to place an order for myself and kiddo. Took 30 minutes to get it. Young kids working listening to inappropriate music and cussing. If the store manager cares to check his schedule to see who his employees are it’s 4/17/24 and it’s 5:00 my order number was 79546385. The employees are also locking lobby door so no one else can enter and are forcing people to use drive through
The snow cones are so delicious here! I have dietary restrictions, and they have natural flavors, not all artificial!
Wow! Hands down the best shaved ice and flavoring I've ever had!! A major recommend anytime you feel a need for a cold dessert in any flavor (pineapple and coconut pictured)!
Everytime I come there is a huge line and it takes 40+min to be served. The bahama rahma only has a drop of ice cream. The snow is crunchy and flavors do not saturate the snow. For paying so much for a snow cone you would think they would up.the quality and improve on faster service.
It won’t allow me to give more than 5 stars or I DEFINITELY would. Jessica and Brandon (the owners) couldn’t have been more accommodating for a recent birthday. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. They were responsive and just such sweet individuals. The employees were so accommodating and made my 11 year old daughter feel special for her birthday. The desserts are FANTASTIC as well!
