This place is amazing. The staff was friendly and the food was great.
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and it was of top quality.
While waiting for my order I caved in to my desires and ordered a half dozen of bagels and a pound of cream cheese. I ordered 1/4 lb honey vanilla, 1/4 lb scallion, and 1/2 lb plain, and they all tasted amazing. Moreover, the bagels were fresh, and while I've only sampled one at the time of writing, it did also taste amazing.
I live right down the road from here, and will definetly be coming more often.
Me and my friends are here on spring break and walked here this morning (9am and it’s a 20 min walk from where we’re staying) and we’ve been wanting to go here since we got here.
Let me tell you this place is delicious and the people who own are such sweet people and this is why I love local businesses so much. Cheryll (sorry for spelling) is so sweet and gave us free marble cake with our bagels. Literally such a good time here.
Heard up tho we got here around 930 (ignore what I typed before lol) and a lot of the popular bagels were gone.

Delicious food! Great breakfast! Family friendly. Hot coffee and freshly baked bagels. The staff was friendly as well. Highly recommend!
A very simple and quiet little bagel shop/deli! I decided to come in for lunch and ordered the Italian on a bagel. The portion was very generous, and everything was fresh. They have GF options, different variety of bagels to choose from, canned drinks, and bottles drinks. It is a little warm in there, so dress accordingly. Don't let the little strip fool you. Stop on in when you get the chance. You will not be disappointed!
I love the bagels here, and I don't usually care much for bagels. I had the roast beef sandwich because they were out of chicken salad and egg salad, which were my first two choices. I really enjoyed my roast beef bagel sandwich and look forward to trying the chicken salad and egg salad. Also, the service is great :-)
I’ve been going to bagel world for at least 15 years - both this one and the N. Courtenay location. This is by far the best bagel world on the island. The staff is so nice and they actually care about the quality of the bagels and sandwiches they put out. Just wish they were open Mondays and Tuesdays :(
