I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel online. I was disappointed by the bagel, as I have had better from Bagel 13. There was minimal bacon and the sandwich overall was lacking. The size of the bagel was also smaller than I’ve had before from here.
Not consistent on size, I ordered a hoagie and they cut the ends off and made it smaller.Two days ago I ordered the same thing and it was much larger( no ends cut off). Not one egg but two to fill the sandwich. The guy working the back was useless and I felt sorry for the lady that had to do it all as the guy was questioning her on what she is doing? Placing orders and cooking as he stood around. Which then delayed everything that 6 people who walk in walk out when they saw how slow it was and how 5 of us are still waiting for our orders. That was around 10 am.
First and last time, If you have no idea what Taylor Ham is, you shouldn’t advertise that you serve it on your menu. They’re serving regular ham with serious portion control. Please see photo for yourself. Also the blueberry muffin was terrible, ended up throwing it away. Never again… I’ve also added a photo of what Taylor Ham looks like in case anyone from Bagel 13 cares to see.
What has happened to this Bagel 13 location? Bagel was doughy not done, no ice, diet Coke was flat, menu screens are not working, bagels are not on display. I guess we will be driving to Bagel Joes on Lake Washington for the best Bagels in town. Not sure this Bagel 13 will be open much longer.
The food is always good. However, two employees were vaping out front this week. I followed them in to get my order, but neither washed their hands. This is very unsettling.
The food is horrific this morning I got a chicken sandwich on a plain bagel the chicken tasted sour. Was not toasted like asked I also got a cinn sugar bagel with butter toasted was a plain bagel no flavor what so ever I spent 30 dollar at this establishment was extremely disappointed. The only thing that was decent was the smoothie. Do you not check food before sending it out!?
Took almost 20 minutes to get our order of a toasted bagel and an egg & bacon on a bagel. The bagels were not toasted and they put the 2 measly pieces of bacon they could find on my $5.50 sandwich.
I didn't ask them to remake them, but I did ask if I could have an extra piece of bacon. They were snotty about it, so I told them I didn't really appreciate the attitude. To be fair, the young man behind the counter tried to bring me 3 more pieces, and I was so disgusted by the big deal they made I told them to keep it.
Be prepared to wait for a while for them to just cut a bagel in half. The egg was cooked well and they technically got the orders correct.
The likelihood of being able to order more than 2 bagels at a time is slim to none.
I have been told multiple times they require a 24 hour notice before placing any order later than 2 bagels. How does this even make sense?
Country diner across the street is a much more friendly and family oriented business for breakfast. I highly recommend trying them instead.
