Best WLM Reviews
Got the salad within 5 minutes of ordering. A little too fast, in my opinion ???? it wasn't terrible but was barely ok. Most likely won't get the same dish again if I visit the same restaurant in the future. The staff was pretty friendly.
I paid $24 for a BLTA on a biscuit and a mocha. Everything about the BLTA was terrible. The biscuit was overcooked and hard, the bacon was hard and didn’t smell good, the avocado was mushy and tasteless, the tomato was a small hard slice. The mocha was hot water with a bit of chocolate and half full. Don’t waste your money. I need to start looking at reviews in the airport because their rating is pretty accurate (actually should be a solid 1). Yuck.
Surprisingly the wings at this place were really good, and mixed with the sweet sauce of the spam fries gave it an extra plus, I'm not fun of spam, but if you like it you might enjoy their spamfries, staff was amazing, very pleased at this place considering it's in the airport. Holiday Drink was really good as well ????
This place has bad reviews (2.3 stars at the time of this review), but I don’t know, it was fine to me. Nothing amazing, but not terrible. I was comfortable, waitress was very friendly, fast food delivery, fresh cream (not in a one of those single serve cups).
The thing that lost stars for me was the coffee was warm (not hot), no ketchup bottles (gave me packets) and as per the trend these days - cost. Too expensive at $17.50. Sure, there are things that they could do to elevate the quality and the aesthetic (fresh jam vs packet, fresh butter vs packet, improve their biscuit-maybe thicker and more buttery and the eggs could have been cooked better to avoid the brown coloration but they honestly were still over-medium, which is what I asked for).
I’d come back. It’s an airport, I’d have low expectations to begin with. So, with those expectations it’s satisfactory lol ◡̈ I think it deserves more than 2.3 stars. I give it 3.
The Nashville fried chicken biscuit was pre-made and stored in aluminum foil for awhile, which resulted it to become a ball of mess. Yes, it was fast, but the moisture leaked out from chicken made the skin soaked. You can’t even find a single piece of crispy skin from the chicken. What you would expect people to say to a piece of soaked up fried chicken that cost $17?
Also, the biscuit was too dry - together, they taste worse than the sandwich that I brought with me from last night.
I had the barbecued pulled pork biscuit sandwich that comes with the side of fries on my first layover in the "N" terminal last week (was about $16). And it was so delicious that I'm back for a a second meal at this restaurant on my return flight layover home. The service was extremely friendly both times. It seemed pretty fast to me & I didn't wait at all. Not really a drinker, did not order any drink-- just had water so I cannot really review the drinks. Did sit at the bar however and it was really nice with a few TVs going. The music was not too loud-- kind of a nice pop-music mix-- which I liked because none of the obnoxious TV noise could be heard at all.
Food is quite mediocre. The veggie omelet taste was off somehow. The veggies didn't seem fresh. The toast was so cold that the butter wouldn't melt, and the home fries were cold and not seasoned. The apple bacon wasnt cooked hard enough. I asked for hot water and was told they didn't have a hot water machine. The seating is so tight the customers and servers bump into you. HOWEVER... servers were SUPER friendly, and the menu can be accessed online. No kids because it's a bar. I would never go here again.
Terrible. How can any established restaurant serve what this place does and call it food. The quality of food is equal if not worse than what you get at an American convenience store, but you’re paying triple the price for it. Got the chicken salad and it was beyond nasty. They made the description sound like it was grilled chicken, avocado slices with other salad ingredients. The chicken looked and tasted like tuna fish with chunks of cartridge intact. Avocado was smashed into an artificial paste and it was $20…. You can get the same thing at 7Eleven for $5. BF got avocado toast with lox… toast want even toasted or warm, stale and again avocado was not fresh or real for that matter. Save your money, go somewhere else. Cannot stand food establishments that rip people off to this extent.
