Great food, great service and a hometown atmosphere.

Make sure to double check the hours to make sure you get there when they're open!

My husband and I went in on a Saturday night. The food was great (the corn fritters were our favorite). My husband had the seafood platter and everything was cooked well and seasoned great. I ordered the sirloin and it was cooked perfectly at the medium I requested. The Summertime margarita was sweet and great the beers were reasonably priced and cold. We did not care for the dessert we ordered a brownie a la mode and the brownie was over cooked and not very good. Overall we'd give it an 8 out of 10 and go back in and just skip the dessert.

Want a steak that’s cooked well done on one half and medium rare on the other when you asked for medium? This is the place for you. I sent my steak back a total of three times, and the last three times my family and I came here they screwed up a medium sirloin. Our waitress was very sweet and everything else was fine but they constantly screw up one of our steaks.

Nice atmosphere. Great food. Great service. We enjoyed the Dungeness crab and the chicken fried steak. Fabulous!

This place is on the backroads, thus the name. You could easily miss it or not even find it. Best steaks in town!!!! No kidding! Surprised they didn't have me cut it myself out back...

They recently changed up there burgers and fries. It was very good. One of the better burgers around here. Will definitely order again.

Good, Southern, homey meals. Nothing fancy, but everything's good. 10 oz ribeye is my go-to. Service is always fast and with a smile. Prices are reasonable. There's a drive, but it's a pretty one.
