Great pizza. Worth the try if you're visiting or passing through. Pizza is thin crust. They have an upstairs pool table.
1st place winner of Best of Santa Fe for a decade now.
Some of the best pizza in Santa Fe, and quite frankly anywhere. We were so happy when we found this place brand new some time ago, and as a result we enjoy eating here every time we visit. The thin crust is most excellent and pizzas are put together so perfectly. We love that the majority of the stuff here is locally sourced as this is what we look for when we travel. As such, we feel the pricing is in line with such regional components involved. Our daughter is a garlic knot connoisseur and she gives them double thumbs up here. Their Caesar salad is done right and they have an incredible beet and feta salad that provides a flavor explosion.
I’ve had some great pizza around the world and this was some of the best. The light, flaky cornmeal crust was a revelation and that sweet, tangy marinara sauce was divine. I Live in Albuquerque, and I’d consider Backroad Pizza a destination, one New Mexican green chili pizza please. Eat it fresh and don’t wait!

The pizza is delicious! Service is average. I rated low on atmosphere because parking g is a challenge and the place is small. I'll save this one for carry out. Prices are good for the quality of food too.
Another great DDD restaurant! The crust is amazing and toppings are fresh and plentiful. The gluten free crust is one of the best we've ever had. And to top it.off, the staff is fantastic. It's definitely worth a visit to this off the beaten path pizza joint!
Best Pizza in town, period. The staff are always super friendly and so much fun. The vibes are impeccable, the location is cool, and the prices are super reasonable. Shout out to Billy for throwing it down in the pizza oven!
My husband and I moved to Santa Fe almost 2 year's ago, so we're obviously new to the area. I was looking for a place to have a quick lunch, and managed to get lost. As I was driving, I looked up and saw Back Road Pizza. I figured we need to find a pizza place to eat,so I decided to try it. I'm so glad I got lost, it's the best Pizza in town. My husband loves the Norm. I highly recommend trying it, I don't think you'll be sorry
We eat there at least once a week. If you pick it up, they give you a magnet. Once you have collected 10 you get a free Pizza. Nice incentive.
