Today was the second time I've visited this establishment. Both times I ordered a crispy Philly with no onions. The first time I was satisfied with my order as it was done correctly. This time the only issue I had with my sandwich is that it was very poorly put together. This made it difficult to pick up and eat without a fork which is a shame since this is a "sandwich". Don't expect quality if they're busy.
Yesterday was my first day having the gym shoe sandwich. I came back the next day for it again. I Definitely recommend getting the gym shoe. I’m from Ohio and we have nothing close to anything like it. I got the sub with everything and Chicago style fries salt pepper and mild sauce. I ate most of my sub before leaving it’s just that good. I will be back!
Tried the chicken nachos fries and it was good however I did say no sour cream and they still put it on there. I was glad that it wasn't a lot so I didn't take it back. I also got a strawberry mango lemonade smoothie and it was delicious.
This is by far the worst place to eat. They make the worst chicken Phillies ever. I’ve never seen something like this before. They didn’t even take the time to melt the cheese on the sandwich, they just laid cold cheese over the meat. And the food is bland, the sandwich was dry. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. They treat you so bogus here. I’m a chef, and I would never serve someone a sandwich like this. This is completely unnecessary and unacceptable, I’ll never eat here again and no one else should either. They don’t make food with any kind of care in the world.
I used 2 like going in here everyday bcuz the young lady i met initially was very nice, pleasent and very good wen it came 2 certain portions of the items on the menu, my favorite of which is slushies. I wud go everyday, religiously ! Then she hired a few new girls. Amd let me tell u , they were divveying up the portions as if it was theirs and they did really wanna share !!! I was like OOOKKK. now im very cool on that whole situation. ! Cuz them sisters do a little a much 4 me so now i reluctantly go in but only if i see the manager lady bcuz she hooks my drink up and j live her 4 it. Teach ya girls how 2 make a "Real Slushie" please. Otherwise food is great and the service is ok 2...
My Name is Lisa and I Visited this Location on 10-8 with my Husband about 7pm we pre-ordered our food. When came in and was Greeted with a smile from a young lady name Teeanna . Let me tell you about Young Teeanna Her Customer Service was Extraordinary Blue my mind. Because she was young she was kind Pleasant it was the way she presented herself very well. I ordered multiple things it will be too long to put on the list the food was excellent Hot well presented and not just throwing together me and my family will return for this great food taste and the extraordinary customer service from Teeanna
The only reason I'm giving this place a one is because I have tried more than several occasions to give this place a chance! Let me give you the positives first. This places is open after midnight on the weekends and we all know that a plus, the food is quite tasty when they get your order right..but the customer service is horrible..I MEAN HORRIBLE! The cashier is so rude and the wait time on your food is always 40 mins plus.. Tonight I order my food through doordash trying to cut my wait time down, boy was I a fool..order at 10pm got my food at 10:59pm.. I wasn't even hungry anymore..
One of my FAVORITE spots when I'm home in Chicago ???????????? They never fail me at this location and the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh! Staff is always helpful and nice when ordering also. They have a great selection of Philly's and the Lemonades are GOOD!!! Get the Mild Sauce too! And if you get wings. Get the Lemon Pepper! #ChicagoStyle
