• At 5:03 PM, a request for a refund was made due to the prolonged wait time.

• Observations were made that customers who arrived after the complainant received their orders before the complainant’s order was ready.

Have been ordering from here on and off for years. Always thought the food was “okay”, but my bf LOVES their chopped chicken! Today I ordered the jerk Philly and absolutely loved it…not greasy, good amount of steak, and the jerk flavor was just enough. I am usually very picky, so this was a nice surprise. Thank you, Baba’s. :)
First time trying this location and got the jerk chicken Philly. Wasn’t good at all! Meat was too chunky and wasn’t tender. Meat seem to be not done! Whole sandwich disgusting! Guess I’ll have to drive south for the best Baba’s!
I had a large order of fries and let me tell you they were cooked to perfection!! Crispy and the flavor was on point. Definitely a gem this place
I ordered a Philly chicken sandwich with extra meat. I don't know what their definition of extra meat is but this is not extra meat. This sandwich is too skimpy to have extra meat. I looked at the sandwich before I left the restaurant and showed it to the cashier and cook, the cook said he added extra meat. Do not waste your money on paying for extra meat. They are stingy. A lot of these restaurants scam us out of extra meat we pay for. Be aware.
The chicken doesn't even taste like chicken.
Food was dried out and stail. Spent $80.00 and my food was dried out. Did not enjoy it at all.

I placed an order for 1 nacho fries 1 nacho and chicken wings with sauce on the side in the instructions. I received 2 nachos and the bbq sauce on the chicken. I called and the man was rude. He said take that up with Uber. Uber didn’t mess up on the orders. You did. And he act like they didn’t mess up that Uber messed up.! Let’s make this clear the driver didn’t do anything the ride service at babe is the problem.
