I would give a -1 stars if I could. The owner, said that I needed a repair to fix my automobile that would correct the problem. He charged over $700 and the car ran for 10 minutes and stopped. I had the car towed back to his shop to correct it. He argued with me stating he told me that the fix may not work and refused to refund my money and wanted me to pay over $3,000 to replace the engine which he now says was always the problem. He is a scam mechanic and his license are no longer valid. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. He is unqualified, unethical and disingenuous and will only take your money!!!
This past Tuesday Dec, 26 I had my 2011 Ford Flex towed in because it had over heated. After waiting a few hours I was told that it had suffered a blown head gasket. After making a few phone calls I had towed to a mechanic in OC where I was advised it was only a failed water pump. The price I ended up paying for the repair was almost $3000 less than I was quoted at BAAA. I feel lucky that I only walked away leaving $220 there. I will gladly share the completed repair invoice

My tire blown away on a freeway and I didn't even know about this place, guy who tow my car said to me "you should check your car as well thru this guy I know he will not charge you a lot" so we go there guy looking at me and my car and saying after probably 30 seconds 3000$ ???? my face was like ,I started laughing I asked for what he is like trying bull$itting me for this and that...and of course i said NO to him right there in front of everyone. And when i said i dont want pay that much money i will see what i am going to do, he is like "Ok, now give me 200$ for a diagnostic for your car" i just couldn't believe it that these people working on other people's car.I take care of the thing and didnt gave him anything, this place is a disaster especially for people who dont know anything about cars and their own vehicle. Good thing I know well this kind of people and PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO AT THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!!

Great mechanic shop. These guys know what they’re doing and do what’s best for you and your car. Baptist and his crew are reliable and outstanding.
Had some electrical issues with the car, came out a bit pricey, but i understand labor hours is most of that, however there are some minor things inside the car that they broke and didn't even discuss with me, like breaking the charging adapter AND the port I use for my charger. They also broke the small compartment on the left side of the steering wheel and just left it loosely hanging. Somehow the blinker light doesn’t turn off automatically, and the AC hasn’t worked since i picked up the car. I understand accidents happen but I would’ve appreciated a heads up or an apology.
a few months ago i had a blown transmission, i had brought it in for a replacement but before my transmission replacement my cars electrical was fine, when i had got the cars transmission fixed they had notified me that my alternator was bad, (which i had tested it before getting a new one and it passed on multiple machines coming out to 14v) but continued to replace it, i still had my electrical problem, then replaced the battery 3 times, then replaced the starter and still the same problem. after replacing my alternator they said that they would be able to fix it and then proceeded to give me a quote and told them that im not paying for anything for something they screwed up on
Came for alignment, but it turned out that I needed few suspension parts replaced. Got it done same day for good price including loaner car to get me home. Fadi, the owner is the best.
I have an old VW bus that recently broke down. The tow truck driver recommended this shop as most shops won't work on old VW's. I couldn't have been happier with the price and service. Very friendly and knowledgeable techs. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews but my experience was very positive. It's a large shop with lots of cars being serviced, so at first glance it may look a bit disorganized with tools and parts laying around. But don't let that fool you. They were very busy but took time to greet me and go over the repairs. It's not very close to where I live but we'll worth the drive. This is my new go to shop if I have any future problems with my bus.
