I was on a long road trip from Texas to Indiana with my 2 daughters, when my just bought Pilot broke down and lost power.
B & T was recommended by another shop as the ones who can take care of alternator and battery issues and I see why now.
It was just a battery and the super nice and helpful guys here had it fixed in no time. Great people, great prices, great shop!

First time I knew I’d go no where else! Very experienced techs and yes they know what they are doing . Get it in & out fast. They have a clean large waiting area . And clean bathroom. Also they have some cool stuff you might want to pick up for Christmas you can look at while you wait! Watch tv get a snack ! OOo good prices by the wAy! I almost got got to mention that on everything!!!! Batteries and all. I know they provide other services that I have needed so I’m illiterate there. B&T Battery Newport, Arkansas you got my #1 vote!

They not only do batteries but they also test your alternator and battery for free. They also do oil changes pretty quick. They do cores which will help you on your next purchase. They have starters, alternators, battery testers, batteries, jumper cable repairs, and more. They have everything that deals with the charging system in a vehicle. They are good people.
They sell a high quality battery at a really good price! I bought 3 brand new batteries last week & was back today for a brake job which turned out great! I will be going back! Great Folks!
