Barry and Misty were great. I had been to a different shop and things were not done correctly. They pointed out everything that was a problem and WHY it was a problem, took pictures of the parts they replaced and sent them to me, and made sure I understood what they did. They also provided a loaner car for me to use while my car was in the shop, even if for just a few hours. They are extremely knowledgeable and anything you ask them for, they will look into. They also provide a 36,000 mile warranty on their work. Car expenses are not cheap, but it makes you feel a lot better when you know it is getting done right! Thanks Barry and Misty!

Even though I don’t really go anywhere other than work and home, a two mile drive per day, I love the fact that I had a loner for 5 days while they replaced my rear differential and front brakes.

I had an emergency vehicle repair need, and when I took it to Barry late yesterday afternoon, he personally took on the challenge to make the repair and get me back on the road. He's very competent and skilled, and went the extra mile to provide excellent service. He by far exceeded my expectations, and the repair cost was very minimal! I highly recommend them!!

Replaced a failed power steering pump and belt that I was unable to reach without a vehicle lift. Could have been cheaper if I shopped around but not as good quality on the job. This was the second time I have used B & M and will use them again when necessary.

My 2014 Buick Verano was looked at in Knoxville prior to me contacting B and M auto, and during this time GMC told me that their diagnosis showed that my timing bmyelt and timing chains needed fixed along with the valve and the actuator. B and M wanted to do their own diagnosis on my car because what they thought was wrong with it didn't jive with what GMC had found, so they contacted me asking me if they could do their own diagnosis of my car and gave themail the go ahead. What they found was totally different then what GMC had gathered. It was actually my ECM and the variable valve timing oil control valve solenoid. The purpose of my reocommondation to B and M auto repair is quite simple, if you want your car done right by people who actually care about what they do and the value of the car you have has to truly offer you, then please take your car to B and M auto to really get a true and real experience of what compassion really is.

I was coming from Des Moines to visit family in Chariton, and when I was just about there my car started acting funny. It was the weekend and I had little hope of finding anyone to work on my car, and I was scared it wouldn't make it back to Des Moines without being worked on. I was supposed to be back in Des Moines on Monday for my job but took the day off and went straight to B & M Auto Repair first thing Monday morning. Barry and Misty got me right in immediately, did a computer diagnostic, ordered the part I needed which was there in 5 minutes from the parts store across the street, and 20 minutes later the car was ready to go and working fine! I highly recommend them!
