They did a great job on me and my 7 y/o daughter's nails and pedicures. They gave us exactly what we wanted. I showed her a picture of something more modern and she executed the milky white with gold flake nail. I literally had to walk out of Nails4U nail shop prior to coming here because they were so rude when I made a request other than just one color. Thank you B Luxury Nails for giving me what I want!
I was so excited to get my nails done. I wish I would have gone else where and here is why:
1) my cuticles were NEVER pushed back. Doing this allows for better transition.
2) out of 10 nails 4 fingers have scabs on them from the drill.
3)He did not flatten acrylic near cuticle. When I wash my hair it gets stuck in the nail. Right from day 1.
4)Paint job is no good. And I was ignored when I asked for another coat. Polish only on top of nail.
5)Got them done on a Tuesday. Called on a Thursday. Said I could come in Mon at 6 to get it fixed. I called at 530 to confirm and was told techs were sent home because it was slow. Good thing I called or I would have just drove here to an empty salon.
6)was told to come tues at 12 it is now 12:44 and I’m still here waiting.
7)I was told it’s because I let them grow out
Personal techs are more expensive but they pay more attention and don’t try to place blame on the client.
Absolutely terrible experience at this nail salon. The staff rushed through my simple manicure, doing my nails at lightning speed. Not only did they finish quickly, but they also cut me in the process, leaving me with painful wounds. The lack of attention to detail and care for customers' safety is shocking. I won't be returning, and I advise others to steer clear unless they want rushed, sloppy service and potential injuries.
My gel nail polish is so thin and came right off only 4 days after I got them done. Usually gel polish is a lot thicker, but this mess they are claiming is gel is so thin and chips very easily. For the price I paid this should last way longer than 4 days. I will never go back.
Fantastic service. They are friendly and fairly priced for the service. The pedicure came out great and we would definitely come back here. Clean facility and everything was sanitised and set up before use.
As I painfully paid for this sham!!!!! Never even removed the old cuticle and had the nerve to want a tip!!! I have had hundreds or manicures as I am a IT Specialist for the government and my hands are used a lot at work.. I was disgusted by the new business “Don’t care attitude!” The tools were not even sterilized which I believe is state law. Better off with a toothpick and a glass of water. Shame on the more experienced techs who squinted when I showed them mine but refused to help.
Really pretty inside and the people are nice there. My nails came out so good and I just love them. Definitely gonna be my go-to place from now on.
It was my 1st time there. My nail tech was Bob and he was really great. I really liked my nails. I noticed their greeting of new clients isnt the best, it could be a bit more friendly (i noticed this on myself and 2 others) but nonetheless the work was good.
