Amazing spot with a number of extremely talented hair dressers and beauticians.
Kayla is my hairdresser and she's been the only person I trust with my hair for over a decade.
I'm not sure if they do walk-ins, but an appointment isn't hard to get.
I strongly suggest these gals and guys.

Awesome! I was referred by a friend and can't thank her enough. The quality and level of expertise was superb. The place is beautifully maintained and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We were made very comfortable while waiting on my daughter to get her hair done. I highly recommend. Prices were incredibly reasonable.
Ashley Mattice has been doing my hair since I moved back to Johnson City in 2016. She’s the very best!!! She makes me look years younger, and goes out of her way to accommodate me! Just love her!
I walked in with the worst hair cut I had ever gotten. I actually compared it to Napoleon Dynamite lol My stylist was Julie, who listened to all my issues with the cut and understood my very natural curly hair. Not only was Julie great, cut and styled my hair beautifully...but the whole staff was great. I really enjoyed the up beat feel of the Salon....and they really seemed to be up to date on styles. I will definitely be recommending B & L in the future and going back for the up keep on my beautiful new cut. Thanks again to Julie and the entire staff.
Called to see if someone available to see me, the answer was sorry no one available, I said ok tomorrow? Or when u open during the week? And answer was sorry no one has available openings. I said ok? Answer was ok thank you, click.
I would think he would atleast look thru his schedule or check with others to see when the next available booking was. But didn't seem like they want anyone new. Oh well, going elsewhere I guess.
These two guys are beautiful people who know how to treat others and know how to cut hair. Worked me in when I had a death in the family. Worked me in when I came from out of town! And didn't even scold me for my botched home hair color. I received the best haircut ever! Thank you boys for always taking care of me!
