Delicious food!! Super cheap too, service was awesome and fast! Some of the best fries I've ever had, and the deep fried oreos are heavenly
The fries are AMAZING!!! I live 2 hours away and always eat here when in town, have not ordered fries before, now I ALWAYS will!! Fries are done, crisp, did not get soggy from oil, did I say CRISP?? And the char-grilled burgers are absolutely delish!! My wife and I are older and cannot eat at most restaurants due to food quality and prep quality, but NO PROBLEM HERE!! Love this place!
The food quality and taste is wonderful I have tried food at other hotdog stands in this one in my opinion is far superior. Not to mention the prices can't be beat. There staff is always upbeat and service times are great.
The Indian dogs tasted great. they would have been better with more cheese. As it was, they were upside down in the container, and all the cheese was off the dogs. The cauliflower was on point, but the mushrooms were under cooked and gooey in the inside of the breading. The fries weren't that great, but the tots were a little better. The tenderloin sandwich was a good big 'ol Indiana loin! All in all, we will try it again another time.
Set the way back machine back 60 plus years ago when root beer stands were the norm before burger joints populated everything. Selection of hot dogs with varied toppings, an awesome tenderloin sandwich, onion rings, tots, fries, flavored Pepsi products and even deep fried Oreos for dessert.
They actually still come to your car to wait on you...in the winter! The service was excellent. Onion petals and rootbeer were great. I don't actually care for sweet chili, but the hotdog and bun were good. If you like a sweet chili dog with cheese and onion, you will love this place. It looked like they had indoor seating as well.
Sometimes the wait is a little long when they're busy but always worth it when we get our food. My favorite is the hot pepper cheeseburger. The tenderloins are pretty good also.
Decent food if you're looking to kick back on a summer afternoon. Doesn't change every year. Overall I'm pretty satisfied.
