The people here are nice enough. They did take me as a walk-in within an hour of their closing. The salon is dated and not very clean. The service was just OK. If you need the salon experience the ambience and the like, this is not your place. However, I did hear they do A really good job with eyelashes.
The absolute worst!!! Sloppy work! Did not evenly cut nails. There was toe polish all over my feet. As the older lady paints the nails, she’s dragging clumps of polish and the finish is lumpy. But the worst was yet to come !! I asked for powder nails. Utterly ridiculous process !! No buffing or cutting the nails (also damaged to nails trying to cut my nails) and dipping my fingers into the powders 3 separate time. The result was clunk, no uniformity of length—jusr Ugly!! I had her remove it and put clear nail polish on my awfully shaped nails and went home to clip my nails and need to go to my regular salon to fix this mess! Just a terrible experience.
Went for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I literally just left there and this is what my nails look like. My four year old niece would have done a better job. This is the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. When I spoke kindly with the owner, she argued with me and would not listen to why I was not a satisfied customer. I’m sharing the manicure, but the pedicure is even more embarrassing. This was my first and last visit to this salon.
This shop is despicable. I went there for a pedicure and a fill-in. A man did my pedicure with the gel polish literally running off my toes. There was no scrub, no massage, nothing! My polish looked like a 3 year old painted them - no kidding! The lady had to pick the dried gel polish off my toes and re-do them. The attitude of all the staff is horrible. My fill-in was awful, every nail was a different length and shape. The best part was…. They wanted me to PAY in full for my services. I was there 2.5 hours! I’ll NEVER go back. Beware!
Horrible! I was already unsatisfied with my fullest. Just looked like my 7 year old could do better. Then 4 days later my nails are already slipping off !!!!! Never EVER going back .
Owner refused to service me after finding out I only wanted manicure and not nail service.
I explained I had just got my nails done 3days ago and didn’t need my nails done. She the lied saying the manicure would ruin the nail job.
I explained to her that I had pink and white powder (French tip) and the design couldn’t be damaged. She then lied again and told me there’s a wait.
The energy in this place is terrible and I’ll Nvr step foot in a place like this again
There is some disorganization and cluttered space yet I did receive good service. Not sure if I will return again but I can say I tried them out. The pedicure was amazing!
They literally could not do anything I requested from the Shape I asked for to simply following basic directions. I had a damaged nail that was ripped off and told them not to touch it and they ended up drilling the damage nail as I was not paying attention causing more injury to my already damaged nail. The place was dirty including the bathroom and the tech were rude and all older. So if you want anything besides painted nail go somewhere else. I would give them -5 stars if possible
