I decided to give this place a shot this evening for my haircut since it’s within walking distance from work and they’re open til 8pm on Mon., Wed., Fri., & Sat. which is great since I get off work fairly late in the evening which by then the majority of other hair salons are already closing or closed. Walked in around 6:30pm and didn’t have to wait at all, and told them #3 on sides and scissor trim the top. She (Denise/Daniella?) did a fantastic job and I was out of there in 20 mins max. $14 haircut too which you can’t beat, and of course tipped for the great cut. I’ve found my new go-to place for future haircuts, and I’d recommend this place to anybody looking for one as well!

Called ahead asking how long the wait for a haircut was and was told no wait. I showed up 5 minutes later and proceeded to wait 50 minutes for my turn. After receiving my haircut I was not shown the back nor was I asked if it was ok. After coming home my friends pointed out a very large hole in the back of my head that I will need to fix myself as I will never be returning to this establishment. All in all a terrible experience. I wish I could take the tip I gave back
I’ve been going to Leticia for over 5 years and every time she does an amazing job. Before that I tried all kinds of places around the city and not a single one did justice compared to Leticia’s work. She’s super friendly and does a fantastic job. Only $10 for a men’s haircut and wash! I always leave her no less than a $5 tip, I haven’t been able to find a place more affordable or a stylist more skilled than her without breaking the bank. Super convenient location as well since it’s right by 183 and Mopac. This place is awesome, I’d recommend it to any friend!
Leticia is the bomb! Referred to her by my bro' who's been taking the whole family for years. Have had 3 cuts from her and all have been really good. lad I found her as i was adrift in a world of mediocre hairdressers for awhile

Not good, at least the lady who cut mine today. She was constantly checking and responding msgs on her phone. I was in a rush and she was taking longer than usual. I've been here before and it was good service. Now I would not recomend it. She was on the phone on a personal call while washing my hair, and when done just hands a towel to me to dry my hair while i sit there with water in my ears and running down my eyes. Horrible service just horrible. Never coming here again.
Great neighborhood barbershop ran by wonderful, genuine people! Very reasonable prices, consistent quality, and actually knows how to cut various types of ethnic hair. Hands down the best all around barbershop in Austin.
