Always great price and great service, been going here for years. Sometimes we have had to wait for a part, but in the end our vehicles are always tip-top and the price and service unbeatable.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this business. My part came one week later than expected. they told me they ordered it but then when they checked it, it wasn’t there so they had to re-order it.
They took no responsibility. I was overcharged, extremely overcharge to plug-in a control module . Then overcharged for the actual module itself,. then he quoted me $750 to replace one upper control arm. I also needed brakes rotors and a tire rod that they never was told to me when he supposed to look at & inspect my car he never looked at my car because he told me he talked to the guy at mavis across the street and told him the problem that I explained to him and the guy told him it’s more than likely a control arm so he didn’t even look at my car. He was just gonna charge me $750 for a controller arm on a hunch ! without even being sure . Also, one of his buddies came in and he moved his car in front of all the other cars has been there for days to get his budd in

I trust Mickey 100 percent to work on my Honda. His pricing is more than reasonable, his work is excellent and he is completely trustworthy. I wish I could rate him more than five stars! Very highly recommended!!!
I have been going here for about 5 years. Mickey does great work, has a fair price, and is trustworthy. He is the only mechanic I trust for any kind of work on my vehicle in Syracuse.

1- They are highly experienced on ALL makes and models and years...New cars and trucks, foreign (1979 Alfa Romeo, Mercedes Benz , Toyota Trucks, everything)
2- They are not creepy like many other "chain" shops. They are forthright, and you feel very welcome asking questions about the job. There is never a thought in the back of your mind that they're hiding something or running some kind of con about how much it's going to cost or what work is necessary or the phony problems that other shops tell you they run into. These guys are honest.
3- Pricing is something I don't question. I have ultimate trust in their integrity. They will go out of their way to make sure the job is done at the lowest cost. They work hard for their money and they don't gouge.
This shop has 5 stars so I took a chance after my shop of choice closed its doors for retirement. Im not sure if the customers who gave 5 stars know what theyre talking about! My car makes more noise now than it did before taking it to him to get brakes and rear struts. I call him back to get it checked out and he says he doesnt have time....hack job all the way. He should be the one retiring...
Prices are great, service is great, customer service is great, they are not trying to “rip you off” or anything like that. They are honest men trying to make a decent living. Great place
I like taking my SUV there Mickey is real nice and reasonable i would recommend my friends and family to go there he is the best in my book.
