Car set up for a week, for them to play the guessing game. Every time I called it was either they need permission to start work,then it was the transmission at one point, then switch to saying it needed a tune up. Just for me to pull it and take it further up the street to a different shop to found out it was the starter!
My mom and I was on our way to Monroe Louisiana and my car broke down. The employees and the Owner was great. They tried to fix my car but it was not fixable. They kept the shop open until the tow truck got there and when the tow truck got there they told me and my mom could not ride in the tow truck so one of the employees drove us all the way home to Augusta Arkansas. My mom and I thank u so so much!!! They went above and beyond the call of duty. God bless u and your staff!!!!
I got my oil changed in my hometown and headed to Little Rock. My husband called me to let me know oil was left on the garage floor and I needed to stop and let someone look at it. I googled for a place to go and found B and D. They found the problem quickly. The place that changed my oil left the gasket off my oil filter. B and D put a new filter on, topped my oil back off and sent me on my way. The cost? FREE! I will go there again just to get my oil changed! Great people!
I was a walk-in and they fully replaced my broken muffler And welded on a new one. The whole thing took 30 minutes and cost $200. Perfection.
I had these guys to install a set of Power Boards on my Silverado. It was their first time but they were more than willing to bring the Boards to life and they did! I'd seen a few videos on the install and they were done in the same time frame. Great work guys, thanks! I will definitely be back should the need arises.
Life savers, literally!!! We brought our minivan in for a rattle (which turned out to be insignificant), but when the technician drove it, he noticed a roaring that we had assumed was tires being a bit worn uneven. It was NOT tires. The rear hubs were completely worn and could have seized up at any time. We were confused at first why the rattle was still there after the car was fixed, and even though it was after hours, Dane and the technician that had worked on the vehicle were kind enough to explain the situation to my husband, drive the car again with him, and show him the VERY worn hubs. We were about to take a road trip, and I hate to think what may have happened had B&D not been so knowledgeable about something we had just passed off as tire noise. They did offer to look again for the cause of the rattle, but my husband found a loose screw later, so no need. The car is riding SOOO much better. Mrs. Debbie at the front desk is an angel too. THANK YOU!!!
