This was my wife's first experience in an American movie theater. Unfortunately, the cinema was having projector issues and kitchen issues. We were unable to order food as a result. Our overall experience was pleasant. The employee that greeted us and took our order was very personable and friendly. We had the entire theater to ourselves which was nice. We didn't need to worry about offending people with our lound talking and laughter. The recliners were very comfortable. The theater was mostly clean. The exception were the restrooms. They were smelly. We'll try again some other time and then I hope to edit this review to 5 stars.
Would definitely recommend this theater. Extremely comfortable reclining love seat style (at least in the grand screen). Expensive but nice.
Went to see dune 2. Movie was great, chairs were comfortable however...The sound was terrible & the sound system lacks low end bass, mid bas barely has presence & punch. There's sibilance in the highs. The projector kinda sucks as the picture was pretty hard to make out faces & details in the lower lit scenes.
P.s. the green exit signs are pretty bright & distracting. I know there's probably a code reguarding having these illuminated however if possible I'd suggest tinting them to be a bit darker.
Currently watching a movie. As soon as my friends and I walked into the cinema room we were greeted with an extremely cold shot of wind. I decided to make my night less of a bust by going to buy some popcorn but to no surprise, the popcorn was not only stale and old, but colder than room temperature that was well below 25 degrees. We went to the worker up front to ask if there was any way we could get the room to warm up and we were told that there was no way for that to happen. We then asked for a refund because we wanted to leave and were told that they were unable to refund us any of the money my friends and I spent on the tickets or popcorn. So sad that we weren’t able to watch the movie with having to freeze our rear ends off. We could’ve probably watched the movie in the parking lot and had the same experience. The theatre is empty for a reason!! Never coming back to this place.
Very nice theater. Loved the recliner chairs however, after spending 77 bucks for candy popcorn and drinks, I thought I was at the stadiums with these prices. Movie tickets are expensive enough but 77 bucks for food? Come on!
Man! Have never had a theater run out of burgers before 5p! My cutie pie husband & I were salivating for the blue cheese burger. Even came early to dine on this delicious feast of a meal. Only to be told….sorry we are out of ???? ???? whaaaa?!
With hungry bellies on the prowl, we had no choice but to choose from the less appealing options. It was bad, at best ???? the pep & sausage pizza was small, greasy, & tasted like a microwave ????. There are brands out there that can be popped in the microwave & taste yummy! (Red baron, Di’giorno, Healthy Choice-ideas for u).
The chicken ???? popcorn nuggets taste bland & came with countable onion rings. The dipping sauce can only do so much. If you know burgers are the go to foods on the menu, please keep them in stock. It helps make the movie experience more fun!
If we’re going to keep paying high prices for movies ???? & food, please make your options more of a variety, & (gasp!) possibly even healthier! It’s time to move away from the stale, boxed, microwavable cheap food that is being sold for the price of front row tickets ????️.

RUDE! we were just two teenage black girls and they kicked us out. yelled at us for going to the restroom and when we asked for a refund due to their rudeness (which made us not wanna watch the movie) they wouldn’t even let us get our refund when at first they said we could. do not recommend, mind you it was all white workers.
Very nice theater with friendly staff. Good selection of movies. Clean facility and bathrooms. Comfortable recliners. But the prices on pop and snacks are so outrageously high that the owners should be ashamed to walk down the street.
