Great shrimp basket! Love the chicken parm too! Went again and great experience again! Steak was soft. Chicken Salad was perfect.
Terrible service, I wanted to order a takeaway and nobody wanted to serve me. Place was empty, only a few people at the bar. The barmaid called a girl from the kitchen to take my order! :/
Food was good.

Very good State Street Burger (House Favorite).

Hit and miss. Each time I've come it's a different experience and inconsistent. One time I came right on time for a to go order and they stated they were waiting on my hot chips. Ten minutes later I got my food and hot chips were cold? I haven't been back since and not sure I'll return. Can't say I'd recommend.
We had to wait a while to get our order taken but the dinner came quickly. The fried chicken was good. The ribeye I ordered was cooked a perfect medium but it was thin and tough with large chunks of fat. It was so hard to chew I couldn't finish it.
I don’t ever write reviews, but our experience was just bad.. Our server was very nice, But our food was awful and we could not finish our meals. I’m not sure how a burger could be so bland and bad tasting at the same time. We tried the blackened shrimp tacos the shrimp appeared to be those tiny canned shrimp. It was very tough, fishy, and bland. The only thing we were able to eat were some tater tots, and the fries that came with the burger. We didn’t even touch anything else. We will never be returning.
Got the grilled salmon with asparagus and potatoes. 18 dollarsThe grilled salmon is only a few inches long by maybe an inch wide. Waitress said they changed companies and that's their portion size now. They changed the portion size but not the price lol. Waitress was great but the food isn't worth it anymore.
Ordered the $10 Panko Fish sandwich with fries. Requested no cheese or sauce, just the fish and bacon only. Got the order and the sandwich had everything. Repeated twice to the waitress just fish with bacon only and sent it back. Got the second order and it still had the sauce and didn’t get any fries. Told waitress to just cancel my order since my husband was already done eating. When she brought out bill, waitress told me to just order the regular menu fish and add bacon to it next time which I’m sure would cost more than the price of the special. I was pretty nice up until that. Not now. Guess her mistake taking my order three times repeated was now my mistake! Did t even offer a comp or anything. Just basically it was my fault on how I ordered! Bacon only. How hard is that! We’ll stick with Mikes Penn Grille!
Unfortunately we waited 30-40 minutes for 3 hamburgers and they weren't very busy at the time. Our waitress was very good. The burgers were fair.
